Ninja sushi is a great place to get a quick and cheap sushi fix. They also have amazing service, very attentive waiters. Don’t forget about the chocolate fountain!

We love Ninja Sushi. They do everything possible to make sure you have a great meal. There are some occasions when they will run out of something but they try to refill as quickly as possible. I have never come out of their disappointed.

Best sushi buffet in town! Usually plenty to choose from. There is more than sushi as well for those looking to supplement. Three types of soup and amazing dumplings! Oh, and did I mention the chocolate fountain? Mmmmmm!

This sushi buffet is great when you’re craving a ton of cheap sushi. They serve a line of about 30 rolls at a time, with some specialty and others served seasonally. Every one that I have tried is tasty, but contains a lot of rice. Again, it is great for quantity, not so much if you’re looking for high-end sushi. Raw and cooked rolls are available. Sometimes the cooks can’t keep up and there are only 2 or 3 pieces on every serving dish, which is disappointing. The sushi chefs prepare their creations right behind the serving counter, so you can watch them work if you’re standing at the bar. Aside from the main bar, there is also a side bar that serves fried vegetables, katsu, dumplings, and soup. The salad bar looks all right, may or may not be fresh, but has good seaweed salad. The desserts offered are a fun end to the meal — they serve crème brûlée(yum!) and there is a fondue fountain for you to create your own chocolate-dipped treats. Over all, Sushi Ninja is a good stop to satisfy sushi cravings, if you know what to expect. The restaurant is clean, the servers attentive, and the variety is splendid. The rolls, buffet-quality.

On the cheap, this place is Great! My boyfriend and I had dinner and two drinks under $ 30.00! Great sushi selection however I loved the soups. Yes, all three of them(miso, ramen and udon). You gotta try their crème brûlée! YUMMY!

This place is a hit or miss. I’ve been a few times right when they opened to assure freshness and quality. The last time I went it was horrible. Tasted like leftovers. I ordered salmon nigiri and it was OK. It’s on it’s own menu no one gives you, you ask for it. Sign on the wall says $ 1 daily nigiri dine in special but I paid full price. Don’t understand why we need a waiter when all they do is take our drink and put our dirty plates away. Wish sushi ya could have some aspects of ninja.

They primarily offer sushi rolls with cream cheese, fried(either completely fried or shrimp tempura) and lots of mayo based sauces, but that’s what most people like. They do taste good for what they are(aside from the ones they use the flamed torch on, they tasted like lighter fluid), but don’t expect any premium rolls with lots of raw fish :) They had seaweed and octopus salad, which I enjoyed as well. The soups were okay. They have a small selection of warm food, but some of the items seemed to be quickly taken and it was difficult to get one(shrimp tempura, shrimp-squash kebabs,…). The dessert section includes a chocolate fountain and you can dip strawberries, marshmallows, banana, rice crispies etc. They also had crème brûlée which was good. Certainly a buffet with a smaller selection than other places, but good enough and food tasted good.

Came here for the first time for an early dinner at 5:20, and was told their buffet was opening at 5:30 if we wanted to wait. I was in town for business and had never been here before, and didn’t know they had a buffet until we got there — but was pleasantly surprised with what we found. Probably about 15 varieties of sushi rolls — most with a lot of sauce, but that is what most Americans like and it was good. Small selection of hot food on the buffet with dumplings, tempura, and a few soups. They even had a small salad section with seaweed salad — YUM! Overall, you can’t beat this place for the price. $ 12.99 for dinner — you would pay just that for one roll at any other sushi restaurant!

$ 9.99 all you can eat, this is great if you are looking for a quick and cheap sushi place! Sushi rolls are small, they are not super great but not bad for the price! Small salad bar, cucumber salad was not good. Fried rice and miso soup hit the spot! Friendly staff, and beer was buy one get one half off.

Walked in Staff was slow to notice us there. No hostess Food was old AF. Very dry. Straw wrapper had stains on it Marshmallows were stale The food was cool-Luke warm in temperature Suggestions to improve: make food in smaller batches to keep quality at the top of the pyramid . Will not be a return customer Was asked why we finished so fast and told our cashier we didn’t like the food and they said«okay sorry» still charged is full price even though we had eaten maybe ¼ of the food we plated. Didn’t even finish writing this review and my gf literally threw up not kidding Don’t try the sushi

Pretty good! My go-to place for a cheap sushi buffet. It was $ 30 after tax and tip for 2 of us after the student discount, so not bad at all. They have some really good rolls! The Philadelphia Roll, however, was hard and seemed like it sat out for a long time. I also like their potstickers, tempura shrimp, and udon noodles. But above all else, their chocolate fountain is the best thing there! Don’t even get me started on the crime brûlée. Heaven. Seriously, I can eat 3 of those, maybe 4 on a good day. Unfortunately the service here is lacking. Only got greeted once and we never saw our server again. Oh well. At least the food satisfied my appetite.

If you are a person that likes sushi and know what real sushi is, this might not be the place for you. Nothing to take away from the place because after all it’s a sushi buffet for $ 10. I come here whenever I’m craving sushi and don’t have the time or the money to sit and enjoy some real sushi. As we all know sushi is not very cheap by any means. The place is always kept clean. They have a big area for dinning in and if you choose they also offer buffet to go for a cheaper price. The staff is always helpful and on point. The food is not bad at all. They offer about 10 to 15 different sushi rolls. They have soups, a small hibachi, and some other items you can choose from including chicken and tempura shrimp. For those with a sweet tooth they have a chocolate fountain, rice crispy treats, marshmallows and some fruit. I have tried other sushi buffets and they are not as good. I thought about giving it 3 stars. Then I was like for all they have on the sushi buffet for $ 10 and their service they deserve 4 stars. Next time you don’t have much time and your pockets are not filled with sushi money lol, check out this place!

My sister & I ate here based on some Unilocal reviews. We needed to be close to our destination and had intended to order our sushi rather than do the buffet(about $ 14), but I couldn’t find it on my first and second pass of the area, so we settled for the buffet. HUGE buffet as far as choices — multiple types of salad(ginger dressing very good), «hot bar» — steamed dumplings were good, spring roll good, stuffed/battered/fried mushroom cap ok, crab tempura… big disappointment. I love faux crab tempura, but apparently not off a buffet — texture changes totally from getting it fresh. Didn’t have enough room to indulge in ramen or udon noodle soup though it smelled amazing. Fried rice looked more authentic than some I’ve seen lately. Sushi choices were just too many — almost every one wrapped in seaweed, lots of them fried, and by the time I took one of each of the ones I would eat(don’t do shrimp, cream cheese or fried rolls), I couldn’t remember the names of the ones I got or the ones I ate. Flavors were fine but not great. Server was friendly; passed on the chocolate fondue tower — couldn’t get past the possible germ factor of a public fondue. Bottom line: will go back, but not for the buffet.

Friendly and attentive service. The bidder doesn’t have Nigiri sushi but it does have a decent selection of rolls. They also have hibachi and a dessert bar. Half price drafts until 8pm. Not too shabby for $ 12.95.

My wife is Japanese and we have been to Japan, so we know the creative rolled sushi such as california rolls, etc. are not the authentic sushi, and this place doesn’t offer authentic ones, but we still come back to this place because #1. the price is good $ 10 all you can eat(lunch), #2, their sushi tastes ok, and #3 they also give us other dishes besides sushi(salad, tempura, soup, some desert, etc.) Plus, their servers are always friendly. I just wish this place also offer nigiri and sashimi on their buffet menu. Well, but in that case, they will probably need to increase their price. So, if you are looking for an authentic sushi, go to Japanese owned sushi place such as tei-an, nobu, etc, in Dallas, but if you are looking for california rolls with casual dining, then try this place.

Sushi Light… or Variations On A Theme I love sushi. Good sushi, spectacular sushi, mediocre sushi. This was just straight-up bad. The actual sushi bar was approx. 10 steps start to finish. No nigiri at all. Most of the rolls were just California rolls with different stuff on top. Vast majority of the sushi was cooked. The salmon in the Philadelphia rolls was strange… not a little chunk of salmon, but instead what looked like thin, flat lox for bagels all rolled up. Fish wasn’t fresh. Rice wasn’t fresh(rice shouldn’t crunch, you know?). One star. There were a couple of small bars with non-sushi items, most of which were okay. So, one more star for that, and for the cheap price($ 10/lunch). Ugh…bad, just bad. ETA: 15 minutes later, and there’s a weird film on my tongue. :-|

$ 13.99 sushi buffet! Can’t beat that! Flavored sakes, mango was my favorite, comes in a bong looking glass. They have every basic roll: California, spicy tuna, Alaskan, rainbow, and tons of rolls created by them! Lion king for example. It’s pretty good for a sushi buffet for $ 13.99. They have a chocolate fondue tower. Crème brûlée was delicious! They have a soup station offering ramen, udon, and miso. Shrimp tempura goes out fast!

For those sushi buffet skeptics this buffet is a great place to test the waters. Ninja Sushi is tucked away towards the back of a shopping center. It isn’t a large restaurant but it has a lay out that allows for traffic to flow well. They have several consistent selections to chose from and rotate other selections on the weekends. They have a bar, hibachi grill, dessert area with a flowing chocolate fountain. A simple but tasty combination of fruit. They have sushi nigiri on sale everyday and good drink specials on sake. I encourage everyone(those 21+ of course) to try a flavored sake. They have food for everyone. If you’re not a sushi lover you can enjoy some fried rice with some tempura shrimp. They also have a few soups to chose from. They are also one of the few sushi restaurants that have ponzu sauce. If you’ve never had ponzu it is better than soy. It has a light citrus flavor and is less salty. They also have a discount card that reduces your bill by ten percent! This is the only restaurant I’ve been to that does that. That’s awesome! Also if your experience is less than awesome ask for the manager. They are always open for feedback.
