These guys were the only ones who were able to take on a last minute, complicated printing job for me. Not only did they finish on time, they had it organized and numbered correctly and it was all there. My only complaint is parking is a pain, the storefront is VERY hard to find (it’s inside a plaza, and there is no sign for Minuteman Press on the exterior). Also their prices are very steep.

Friendly and fast service. They did a great copying a large amount of documents for me. But, they are a tad on the expensive side and have limited hours compared to FedEx Office a few blocks away.

I’ve had several projects printed with minuteman and they’ve always done a great job! This last project didn’t come out as well, shared responsibility on my part! Not only did they call and talk me through what they were going to do to fix it, but they were all incredibly personable and professional. I received emails and phone calls consistently to make sure it was exactly what I wanted for reprint. I was very impressed with the outcome of the project and their customer service. Not only will I continue to get all my printing done here, but I highly recommend their services!

I had designed my own wedding invitations and had Minuteman Press suggested to me as a economical option for having them printed. I couldn’t be more pleased.
At first, they had a hard time understanding exactly what I wanted, but we got on the same page after a 10 – 15 minute conversation. They were super efficient (2 – 3 day turnaround), and I printed my invitations and inserts for $ 300 less than what I found other places. I did opt to buy my envelopes online because they were cheaper, but Minuteman was kind enough to let me know that the online company was giving me a good deal.
They close at 5:00 so it’s a little hard to get there, but they dropped everything off at my work for me. Really great.
I will note that a couple of my friends used Minutemen Press based on my recommendation, and came out paying more than they thought they would. When going through your options, make sure you know what’s going to cost extra. Might sound tacky, but sure saved me a lot of money!

Minuteman Press was extremely patient, accommodating, and helpful. We had a very last minute printing job and the staff helped us format the document and complete printing on time. Their ‘can-​do’ attitude helped save our skins and I couldn’t be more grateful. I especially want to identify Nikki Zalesak for her excellent customer service and patience.

Just got my third set of business cards from Minuteman Press in Crystal City. It was easy and pick-​up was just as simple. They will even deliver your products to you which I didn’t opt for since I was driving past the area, but they called to make sure they couldn’t just drop them off for me. Nice no?
I’ve been happy with them and will use them on my next project.

I had some business cards made here in the fall of 2010. I give Minuteman Press five stars for quality of work. I give them three stars for prices (some medium-​weight cards cost more than $ 150! ouch!). I give them half a star for getting the work done in a timely manner.
I initially came to them in September of 2010 to get the cards made. The first round of cards had an error, and it was DECEMBER — 3 months later — before I finally got my cards. On top of that, they would not discount the cards, only offering a discount on my next order (I order cards rarely — actually I’ve never ordered them before). I’m not happy because I feel they made insufficient effort to «make it right.»
Slow. Pricey. Inability to «make it right» following a mistake. I do not recommend.
