WWII décor, Asian plate ware, Italian dishes. Hmmmm. Also the food is edible but not enjoyable. Out of most beers they advertise. They advertise their tomato sauce as if it’s famous. It’s not and it is not good. Service was good though. Only reason for the one star.

This review is solely based on breakfast.
I ordered the egg and cheese sandwich and it was poor quality, burnt toast and plastic quality cheese the sausage was good though.
My son had the ham and chedder omlet. honestly our plates looked like they were from two different restaurants. Well except for the burnt toast. His looked like a delicious home cooked meal.
So i am giving three stars because this place seems very hit or miss.

Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. We stayed at the hotel beside it so it made for an easy late night meal. The prices were very reasonable and the sauce was sweet, both things I very much enjoyed. Did not care for their garlic bread it lacked taste of any kind (especially garlic). We did have to wait a very long time for our pizza. We were told on the phone it would take 15 minutes, we actually waited longer before walking over and they said it would be just a little longer. Well 20 minutes later we got our pizza. Prices on snack items in the shop are very expensive. $ 2.35 for one small Dannon yogurt, $ 2.75 for a bottled drink. I’m afraid to see what the small bowls of cereal cost. If I came back to this area I probably would not get Ledo’s pizza again. It was okay for a night but I’m sure there’s better out there and close by too. Staff was pleasant for the most part.

Literally the WORST place you could get pizza from. I am a huge fan of Ledo Pizza normally, but this location is god awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered pizza to go because we wanted to spend a night in, and we were told it would be 20 minutes. We get to Ledo and waited a whole hour to get pizza that we had called ahead for. The best part? It was cold! And there were a total of 2 other tables seated in the entire restaurant (both of whom were STILL waiting on food and were visibly angry).
When I asked the manager how long it would take, he deflected the question and walked away. They asked us five times to repeat what we had ordered. And we couldn’t even leave because they made us pay for the pizza as soon as we got there. This staff is an embarrassment to the Ledo establishment, and I highly recommend that you steer clear.

Stayed in the Best Western that is literally right behind Lido, and came here every day of my stay (3 days). We had spectacular table service the first day with prompt refills and the food was delicious! We got an 18 inch pizza and Garlic cheese bread. All the food came out in great time. The second day my fiancé and I went to the bar, they have a good happy hour 4 – 7, I believe it’s half priced beer and wines. The third day we made a take out order for a 8 inch pizza and an Italian sub and let me tell you, the sub was to dieeeeee for! I’ll definitely be getting another one before we leave tomorrow. Thanks Ledo :)

We live by here and used to get pizza from them all the time. It used to be great pizza up to the standards of the Ledo’s chain. They must be under new ownership because it is now just awful. We have tried a few time as we thought they may just be having a bad day. No go, its awful, and I would recommend you go somewhere else as you may seriously regret eating here as my last pizza had a pile if raw bacon on it. Disgusting!

Friendly staff and prompt service. We ordered the Caesar salad with a pizza. After 15 mins I asked to bring the salad out before the pizza and it was brought out within a minute. The pizzas were served 25 minutes after we ordered. Which is the right time frame for a fresh cooked pizza. Pizza was decent. Crust was a little soggy, but the toppings and cheese were good.

This place was right next to the Best Western I was staying at so its location was very convenient. I only ate there twice since I spent most of my time out in DC. My first time there I went at breakfast time. The place was muggy and they had a few fans going on which kept blowing the napkins and menus off the tables. Breakfast was good, the only negative was the muffin I ordered which was obviously store bought and came in a plastic bag. I didn’t mind it not being fresh out of the oven, but I would expect it at least to be out of the wrapper and maybe warmed up a little.
The next time I went I ordered Chicken Parmesan, to go. It was okay. I liked it but there was nothing special about it. Good customer service and affordable prices. I only wish they put more effort on their food and presentation. Also, the place needs a facelift, big time!

God. Awful. The service was nonexistent and they lost our carry out ticket so we had to wait another 45 mins until our food was ready. Here’s a the thing about the food; the pizza was greasy, the cheese had absolutely no flavor, the sauce was way too sweet, the crust was coated in flour, the chicken tenders tasted microwaved, the fries were cold, and it was just the worst food I’ve ever eaten. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I would give it –300,000,000 stars. We ate the tenders and a ¼ of the pizza because we were starving but we regretted it immediately. Don’t go here, for the love of God.

Don’t go here! The mozzarella sticks are better from the frozen section in the grocery store! They were horrible with no seasoning and super thin sauce. And the pizza doesn’t even really seem like a Ledo’s. Very flimsy.
Go to the one in Kingstowne, Alexandria. Delicious mozzarella sticks and pizza. Great every time.

The pizza sauce is REALLY good. You get a lot of bang for your buck. We didn’t eat inside so I’m not sure how their customer service is. We did carryout and they were fast but I’m glad we didn’t eat inside because it was super hot in there.

This place is terrible the food alone is enough to make you wish you walked to any of the other restaurants. The service though is the worst of all, at most times they won’t even answer the phone number they give you to call and then when you give up and decide to sit down they bring you the wrong food and argue that that’s what you ordered and just bringing out the food takes long enough for you to want to get up and leave overall just do not attend this restaurant ever.

The food is bad, but isn’t as horrible as the service staff. The Latina lady was nice and attentive but every single other person there is incompetent. Not only do they not know what is on the menu or behind their bar, they forget orders, and are inattentive. I would strongly suggest ordering delivery while staying at the best western instead of subjecting yourself to that terrible food and lack of service.

I used to love Ledo pizza till I tried this one. The WORST Ledo pizza ever. The sauce tastes funky and is not evenly spread. The crust is burnt in the middle and undercooked elsewhere. And the way it tasted, I’m afraid I’ll fall sick after eating it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor, and do not eat here.

After reading all of the other reviews, I feel guilty giving Ledo’s such a high score, but when I was there tonight the staff was friendly and efficient and the pizza was pretty good.
I went with 7 adults and 35 8th graders who are on a three night tour of Washington, DC. When we arrived our tables were ready and within minutes our pizza, salad, desserts and sodas were all on the buffet table ready to eat.
The pizza sauce is a bit bland and the crust a bit too doughy but otherwise the pizza tasted like a New York Pizza. We had a choice of cheese, pepperoni, vegetable and Hawaiian style pizza. The pepperoni was quite spicy which to me is a good thing. We also had a nice selection of cakes and brownies for dessert.
As another reviewer accurately noted, it is a combination of a Chicago sheet pizza and a New York thin slice. So 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 for friendly service and hot pizza!
