This place has really good Moroccan food (and I say that compared to a Moroccan restaurant in San Francisco that I used to frequent). The chicken Bastilla was SO good! The filling was moist but not so much so as to ruin the crispness of the pastry. It was flavorful and sweet but not told sweet. The lamb ravine was tender and the sauce was perfection.
Service was very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I would get again was the mint tea because I’ve been spoiled by the mint tea in Grenada (and this was also too sweet).
Definitely worth checking out!

Was looking for someplace different on the way home from work. Found this place on Unilocal and decided to try it. We are here for the 2nd weekend in a row. The people that work here are wonderful, everything here is clearly prepared with love. The tomato cucumber salad is simply, delicious and refreshing. The Bastilla was wonderful, their chicken kabob puts the others I’ve had in this area to shame. The rice served with the kabob had a great taste and texture. Just come and try it

This restaurant delivers to my house. I was not impressed to say the least. The rice was cold and the dishes where meh. The grape leaves were good but not outstanding and the fettoush the dish for which the restaurant is named really lacked, it just wasn’t great. They deliver to my house, will I order again? No, it isn’t worth it.

We stumbled upon this restaurant today thanks to Unilocal!What a gem! We walked in to an empty restaurant while the one next door looked like it was overflowing with people. It made us nervous and we started to question our decision and if we should just leave. We decided to stay and check it out, and we are SO glad we did! This place is amazing! Some of the best Moroccan food I’ve had in the DC area. We were pleasantly surprised and we will be back on a regular basis. The food is very fresh and the flavors are perfection.
