$ 2.50 for the large, $ 2 for the small. Large, please! You can sometimes catch them husking the corn off the cob; it’s so hot and steamy, I don’t know how they do it without burning their hands. Their corn is fresh and NOT canned, y’all! The good stuff. They’ll ask you what you want on it — butter, mayo, crema, cheese, lime. I go with everything. You can add additional spices, but they’ll combine the main ingredients. Be a little shy with the hot sauce in the red squeeze tube if you’re not into spice. It can get super spicy and leave your mouth on fiyaahh! And it lingers! This is your warning. I’m not sure about their exact hours, but we stopped by around 9:20PM and they were still serving. I would assume they’re open until corn is out or 10:00PM. Love the elotes from this little cart! Nothing fancy here but corn’s guuuuuud. :)

I don’t like when the elote vendors mix the mayo and crema. I like being able to customize my elote exactly to my taste. This location does mix them. They have all the basic toppings– valentina, lime, chile powder, Parmesan, butter, and the crema/mayo mix. I opt for butter, lime, parm, and salsa here cause i dont like mayo. Be warned– they are always crazy busy, but the line moves pretty fast. They got a pretty sweet set up– just today in the cold rain they had put up a sweet tent thing to protect themselves from the elements. They are right next to the front door, so they just taunt you from the get go. Especially if you have to drag any kids with you– they have nachos and other snacks to reel in the yougins. This is not my go to spot, but when my elote homie is not posted up at my corner store, this spot will do– especially since I can run into the store and get fresh pan dulce or Barrilitos.

You’re looking at a small stand right outside the entrance of Fiesta. I wouldn’t say they’re the most fantastic people, but they do make some good, cheap elotes. It’s $ 1.50 for the small and $ 2.50 for the larger size, I believe. I really like how the corn is piping hot when served. They top it with an excessive amount of mayo, sour cream, limes, and cheese. I usually dash on some extra spice and some lemon pepper. Overall, an interesting flavor if you’ve never tried it. But it’s definitely a great snack.

The elotes is amazing! I have been craving it from this location since I had it last week! Their chili sauce is incredibly spicy though! I have had corn in a cup at many locations and I think this location has the spiciest chili! The price is pretty fair also. They have it for $ 1.50 for a small cup and for the normal average cup it’s $ 2.50. They also have nachos which I haven’t tried, but the corn is a must try!
