The pizza itself was decent. The employees were friendly and efficient. My problem with my experience was that I called in an order a couple hours beforehand and it was not ready when I got there. Nobody had even seen or heard of my order. I’m a teacher and came to Little Caesar’s to get my students pizza before a big rehearsal and choir concert. The order had to be made on the spot and my students ended up being unsupervised after school in my room for almost half an hour because I had to wait on the pizza(they’d already gven me money for their pizza.) This was just not acceptable. I hardly got any recognition, only a mediocre apology for the major inconvenience– this ended up throwing my rehearsal schedule off by almost half an hour too. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager gave me 2 free pizzas. I doubt I will be returing to this location again. Such a shame.
