Devry Crystal City Bookstore

This bookstore is a joke it’s smaller than a bathroom and nobody shops here since it’s so expensive! Everything is organized, so I’ll give it one star along with the fact that the manger is so nice! I suggest more used books and for them to update their website thanks! This is store is so whack! It doesn’t even have its door open, making it feel un-​welcoming and looks like a closed office. Like really you’re not even busy keep the door open during open hours! They don’t even carry all the books your need for your classes how lame right? You’re a school bookstore and you don’t carry the books we need for that school! The cashier guy is a total joke, his hair is long and green and he just sits at his stoop & doesn’t even help you. He’s the only one who works there too, so you can count on seeing him every day. There is no sense of customer service here & they should hire me so I can teach him some etiquette or at least how to smile! Overall, my experience was horrible when I needed help the cashier told me to come back Monday because they were closing. What is that? You didn’t do anything the whole day and when it’s time to work you cut out! Will not be returning.
