Chuck E. Cheese’s

We normally have a great experience when we come here. However, this past time EVERY single ticket counting machine was broken and we had been waiting for them to be fixed for over 30 minutes waiting in line. They fixed it twice and it broke again and again right before my daughter got up to that machine. She had a handful of tickets and that’s it. I found the manager and asked her if she could just please cash these out so we could go or fix the machine. She was rude and basically offered little to no help saying a technician was on his way. Why do they not have one already there for when problems arise? I walked past her straight to the guy at the counter and asked him to please count my tickets. It was 37. Who can’t count to 37 anymore? We need machines for everything? Then while leaving tons of people in front of me didn’t have stamps that matched their children and couldn’t leave. So someone isn’t doing their job there either. Ugh. But between this location and the Grand Prairie one… This one is better but that’s not saying much.

We love bringing our daughter here! The place is always clean, we saw a technician walking through checking every single game when we were there (he would even leave the tickets from his playing so the kids got a free ticket on each one), the salad bar was great except for the ranch. It had a mayo kind of taste to it LOL.
Chuck E Cheese came out just as we were leaving and my daughter said hi. I told her «When I was a kid it was Showbiz the Bear» and he gave me a hug it was awesome.
Only thing I miss is a ball pit! I’m sure there’s good reason there isn’t one but come on! lol.

We come here all the time, kids love it! The food is good, employees are nice. The bathrooms are not always clean.

they have really got to clean the carpet here. it is sticky no matter where you walk! the wings here are pretty tender. i wonder what processes they’ve been through to get to this point. also, the salad bar isn’t tendered too often. expect a mess there and at the fountain machine.

Small kids love to play but complain about the pizza, so now we just go to play and eat before we go
