Not recommend! They put up their price sky high just to lower it down like they are giving you a discount. Waste $ 1500 for dermabrasion and chemical peel but i got no better result honestly. My acne scar haven’t faded at all. I think they changed the manager or something because I saw all new faces last time including consultant and technician. Hopefully they will do better jobs

Don’t do its horrible
As soon as you sign and pay for the membership they don’t care about you.
They try so hard to sell you!
But then treat you badly. All about the $$$$$

Very unhappy with how I was treated by the hard sales pitch. They wanted the money upfront and then did not honor Groupon, claimned I did not buy one although they had redeemed it. Fortuntately, I contacted Groupon and they reimbursed me. After the hassle of them not giving me credit for Groupon, I asked that my money be refunded BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE AND WAS REFUSED. The hard sales pitch lady said, «They never refund money as it was their policy.» I went ahead with the Botox and Juvaderm. I’ve had this done many times before, however, at this place it was EXTREMELY painful and then ended up with deep infections at each injection site. Even after a week later, I am still feeling pain and have two infected sites on my lips. Do not go there. See a dermatologist to get this done without the fear of getting infections and less pain.

Bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. Took me forever to get an appt for a «consultation». The consultation appt started late, ran late, & essentially turned into a hard sales pitch for other services. Sadly, they are services I would more than likely want to have. And I probably would have sought the services there– due to the convenience in location. EXCEPT I AM STILL WAITING TO GET THE 20u OF BOTOX I PAID FOR. Today, I called AGAIN to get an appt– was told again I would need to see the PA or DR before I could get done — – because they can’t find my paperwork, now?!? The receptionist doesn’t seem to know much of anything. I feel badly for yelling at them– it’s not their fault. So. My Groupon expires in April. They are telling me I need to come in April 1^st– for ANOTHER consultation & then April 4^th for the actual appt! As a nurse, I have seen patients have open heart surgery with less hassle. This. Is. Ludicrous. (Btw– the PA & Physician are only there during day time hours when most people are working– & are off on most weekends. This week I was told they are gone ALL WEEK with no coverage!?) The only nice thing I can say? It’s a very pretty office & appears to be clean. I’m sure I would have been a regular customer– tattoo removal, laser hair removal, etc. They seem to be so busy «setting up shop» rather than actually working & keeping their word. It’s a shame. Arlington needed a good place like this.

I am writing on my wife’s app. as I was unable to download. Anyway my wife recommend Amanda and she was very professional and took time to explain what she was going to do. She was and is someone I would recommend to my friends I work with. I am pleased with how happy she has made my wife feel about the services she has had. I will be letting the guys at work know some of the services since Valentines is around tge corner. Thank you Amanda for the great job. T. K.

I have been going g to BioDerm for about 3 to 4 yrs now. Originally for Acne, then Acne scars, and currently for laser hair removal for my legs and under arms.
They do take real good care of you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and not in pain.
My Acne was severe before I got there. Its not as bad now.
The laser hair removal has been working great. The hairs are no longer coarse and take longer to grow. Most areas, it doesn’t grow anymore. It takes a couple of packages if you want it to stop growing completely.
