Bought my wife’s wedding ring here and while I didn’t get a discount for having the same last name as the company name (I tried), it was a positive experience. Got a great deal and she still loves the ring.
It’s located in The Parks at Arlington, so we shopped around for a while and Kay Jewelers had the best selection and prices. Their staff isn’t too pushy, either.
Only negative would be that you have to get it professionally cleaned by them every three months or so to keep the warranty, so we lost that when we moved to a place in Georgia with no nearby Kay Jewelers.
