Stopped in to have a battery replaced in my wife’s watch. Last done in Paris France at $ 10…‘never paid more than $ 10 anyplace so assumed (my mistake) it would be $ 10 or less. HA! bill is $ 25! THIS is what is called gouging. They see it is a nice watch (TAG Heuer) so charge what they want! By the way, I get my gold Presidential Rolex done for free at all jewelers! Color me mad and disappointed since I don’t like being taken advantage of.

I stopped into B&C to get a few links removed from my watch. Everyone I spoke with was very personable, friendly, and invested in my experience. It’s family owned, and the customer service is amazing. I initially had to leave my watch there overnight, because I came by near closing time. When I came by later to pick it up, I decided to have another link added back in and they were able to adjust the links for me on the spot. Great experience!
