This place is horrible and overpriced for the quality of the yoga. You have to leave your shoes outside as well. Best Yoga is so much better and cleaner.

This is a great place for yoga! I usually go about three times a week, but they have classes every day including weekends. You see people there at all levels of yoga because they have a variety of classes (gentle, advanced, etc.)
All of the instructors really care about what they’re doing and take time to show you the poses so you’re comfortable (comfortable doing the poses, not necessarily comfortable in the poses :-)
The place is clean & cozy. You leave your shoes right outside the door and step right into the yoga room.
I like that you don’t have to have a membership. You can go when you want and pay by the class. (They have other options too.)
I love Arlington Yoga Center.
