No customer service at all I was waiting in line to be help and the cashier overlooked me not once but twice!

Filthy. Poor service. And definitely needs updating. If you want to pay higher prices for nothing, this is your place.

Today I bowled here with my friend. Overall, we had a good experience and didn’t run into any major issues. However, they appeared to either be understaffed or the staff was not attentive. We had to wait a few minutes to be helped at the front desk. Then, once we started bowling my friend realized her shoes were a little big and went up to ask for a smaller pair. She waited at the desk for over five minutes and was not helped so she ended up returning and wearing shoes that were too big. Other than that, our experience was great and we had a fun time bowling. I will return to bowl here again.

Place is filthy and workers aren’t people friendly. Lanes need to be updated and food made my friends and I sick. Went last week and made it my last. After walking in to an half empty business was denied a lane due to they were full. Are you serious? !!! The other half was not in use. Wtf!!!
Show place is a lot better and the people working there are more professional and friendly. Not to mention better lanes that are always available. I don’t mind driving the extra mile for better service and family fun.

I have been bowling here a few times and had no problems. The staff here is decent and will fulfill most requests or problems that you have. Sometimes you get next to a lane filled with people who are rowdy or don’t know how to operate the controls, but ya have to work through it.

Good run of the mill Bowling ally clean, plenty on lanes to bowl. This is not a fancy place built in 70s. But it is a bowling ally what else can you do.
They have pool, TVs, and arcades
They serve pizza, cokes, and beer. Plus other stack bar food.
No smoking inside building.
Not that busy so we did not have to wait. We went on Saturday afternoon.
Great place to meet up with friends or family to have some fun.
Lots of fun.

These folks don’t care and are behind the times. Not going here again.
Went there and put our names on the waiting list.
they told us an hour and a half.
No problem.
we went to the bar next door to kill time.
came back one hour later and they said they called our names after 30 minutes.
since they told us 1 and a half hours we figured we had time and didn’t want to sit around bored.
We asked her if we got back on the list how long it would be and she said one hour.
She did not care and just shrugged us off.
Seems like they would get people’s cell phone numbers to text them when lanes are ready. especially if they are telling you an hour and a half then call your name after 30 minutes.
They just didn’t care. Not cool.
Won’t be going back there.

Decent and consistent shot for us left handers. The heads do tend to dry out a bit and the oil moves a bit on the backend. Decent house shot, but don’t go out side 6 if you swing it.

Bowling and Beer = good times.
This alley is tucked back behind a shopping center in south Arlington but they are always packed. Especially on Wednesday and Sunday night– its dollar bowling starting at 9 so get there early.
If you want to start a league they have great discounts like 20% of food and beverage (non alcoholic of course– but that usually doesn’t stop us from an ice cold beer as they have a full service bar.

I’m on a league here every weds and the staff *when they are available* are most friendly. They’ve also had new chairs installed which I am a fan of.

–The bowling balls are all neatly organized by weight
–The controls can be a bit confusing
–The chairs are uncomfortable (Brooklyn Bowl is by far the best)
–Odd scent about this bowling alley.

This place was busy on a Saturday afternoon! There were so many bowling leagues playing. The crowds made the atmosphere fun. The lanes are well maintained and overall has the look and feel of an old school bowling alley.
I had a great time but I have one huge complaint. It smells terrible here! I wish they would invest in some air freshener. You get used to it after a while but the initial whiff is brutal.

The lanes are good. They seem fairly new and they’re not filled with «potholes»…
Customer service is hit & miss though. Depends who’s working when you go…

came in for there for the dollar mania on a Thursday night no problem getting a lane and waitresses were friendly if your not drinking the 1 $ dollar beer drinks get a bit pricey other then that fun place to chill and bowl for a few bucks

other than the poor customer service, the rest of the experience at this place was stellar. i went last week and they had dollar BEERS, dollar bowling and dollar shoe rental. they do this three times per week at 8pm-​whenever they close. we bowled two games and drank 5 beers each and i left smiling. the snack bar serves typical snack bar food which is over-​priced. they also have a bar/​lounge attached to the bowling alley. lots of fun. the customer service sucked bad though.

This place is sweet. Looks like it came right out of the Big Lebowski. What’s the AMF stand for? Adiós Mother Fucker? Always had a good time in this place even since I was a wee lad. Played some hella video games in here in the 80’s and 90’s. Good place to get your bowl on. I can’t believe all these places haven’t been rated yet. I’m having to rate all of TX from CA. Damn. Get with it people! Ride the Unilocal train!
