Pure Salon

I was in desperate need of a cut an walked into Pure Salon to schedule a cut for the following week. On a whim I asked if there was anyone available to cut my hair at that moment and there was. One of the owners, Ashley did explain to me that it was a woman who was new and therefore, the cut would take longer than usual. I appreciated being told this ahead of time and was okay with it, as I was not in a rush. The cut came with a scalp and hand massage; which was very relaxing. The salon is clean and super cute. I paid $ 37 for a cut, which I thought was very reasonable considering I have paid $ 50 for a trim at other places in the area. I also purchased a conditioner, as I was out of some at home and didn’t mind trying something new. My only complaint would be that the staff did try to push selling their products a bit too much. I am a strong believer in the idea that if a product works well, customers will buy it without needing to be convinced as to why they should. Other than that it was a wonderful and relaxing experience and I am already looking forward to going back in a few weeks.

Simply the best! Polite and professional team, who offer truly top notch salon service. Dawn and Ashley are outstanding with both their knowledge and their level of skills. They know how to listen to their clients and to meet individual client’s needs/​wants, style, cut, color, and personality. The salon is clean and the professionals are welcoming. There is ample, free parking and it is in a great, easy to get to, location. Terrific service, reasonable prices, and unsurpassed quality of talent and professionalism. I highly recommend Pure Salon.

This Salon was lovely. I tried it when my regular person was unavailable. Lauren got the color right, the head and hand massage was a treat. I would definitely give it 5 stars!
This is not an in and out quick serve place. Pricing was reasonable and it’s location is super convenient.

Pure Salon in Arlington Heights is great, been going here and having my hair cut by Ashley for over a year now. Top notch service and the included scalp and hand massage touch is something I’ve never thought of before but once you get it done you’ll never want to go anywhere else.
Definitely a few cuts above the typical salon. The place is clean, bright, welcoming– would highly recommend.

OMG, Outstanding overall visit!!! I got the «I don’t need you anymore» service (cut/​color). The results were beyond my expectations as a ton of people (that I have known for many years I saw that evening) told me that my hair was so beautiful! I selected to go to Pure based on reviews and what I read on the web site and was extremely happy. I was looking to change my long kept chunky highlights to a more natural looking but with dimension look. Dawn was very helpful and listened to what I was trying to achieve. She made great suggestions and explained all. The color came out great! The cut looks really good too and will take a few appointments as I have lots of layers which need to grow more to even out but it was a step in right direction you can tell. I’m very pleased with the end result. I also like the atmosphere of a smaller intimate salon and was not difficult to get an evening appointment. I would say I have found my new hair place.

I had a great experience at Pure, the salon is beautiful and the ladies that work there are fabulous– very welcoming! Dawn knew exactly what I was looking for and I loved the finished look, cannot wait to make my next appointment.

Had a great cut and color experience with Ashley. I just moved to the area and wasn’t sure how long to book in order to pick up where my old stylist left off. The receptionist was super friendly in helping me. I wanted to spruce up before I was going to be in a wedding, and Ashley totally aced it with really pretty color and natural highlights. Dawn is lovely, too, and so fun to chat with. You can tell just from walking in that Ashley and Dawn are talented at hair and at running a small business. Pure is a friendly and beautiful space where everyone can feel welcome and well looked after.

Oh my goodness, that to me made the visit! I saw Dawn to reinvent my boring haircut and she did an amazing job! She gave me some suggestions after I told her what I was looking for and the cut and style turned out to be exactly what I pictured. I actually liked styling my hair this morning. I couldn’t be happier!
Ashley and Dawn are both extremely friendly and the salon is so welcoming. It truly was an experience from start to finish and no detail of their service was anything less than exceptional. I cannot wait for my next visit to Pure Salon!

I have been to Pure Salon two times now and have only great things to say. The atmosphere is calm, the salon is meticulous and the service is exceptional. Ashley is a true expert at her craft — she listens and is extremely knowledgable with different hair treatments and products. Everyone here is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and valued — something you don’t often feel at other salons. Highly recommend.

I have now been there three times. First time a cut, next was a blow out and the last time was for a cut and color. Love the salon — Dawn and Ashely are very welcoming and make your visit pleasant and relaxing. Love my hair and glad I found a new salon to call home. I even referred a friend and they sent me a handwritten thank you card (who does that anymore?!?) and told me to stop in for a lil gift.

Dawn runs a lovely salon and I’m quite happy with my beard trimming. The scalp, shoulder, and neck massage was a nice bonus. The price was very reasonable ($ 10), and the overall experience was downright pleasant. When I’m in need of coiffuring services in the future, this is where I’ll be taking my business.

I went to Pure Salon for a smoothing treatment and cut. Ashely was absolutely wonderful and explained the product she was using and how she customized it for my hair. I could easily tell that Ashely had vast amount of knowledge and experience with different treatments and hair products. I have priced out the treatment at a few different salons and Pure Salon was very comparable. AshIey was also very receptive to how picky I am with my hair and cut it just how I wanted! I am often hesitant to try new salons, especially getting a hair treatment that can take a few hours but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and even better results. Overall this was great experience and I will be making my next appointment here!
