Im so please with my results from here!!! I be wanting laser hair removal for years but was worried that I would spend a ton of money and and have a damaged face as a result. But i went in with a ton of questions and concerns and they answered every concern that i had no problem. I have to tell you i saw amazing results just after my first treatment!!! I really think making the the decision to come here is the highlight of my year in always excited when i go in I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking hair removal you wont be disappointed

This place is very professional. The staff here are also very nice and friendly when you walk in you feel right at home. Everyone specially Angie gives great information on any question you may have. The dr who took care of me was dr Nisha, she is amazing and very helpful. She’s also very gorgeous! I recommended a couple of my friends here and they have all been nothing but very satisfied. Specially since it was their first time they are definitely going back. I know I been back for more then once now. Happy customer here. Also you can’t beat their pricing I been to a place at Michigan avenue. You can’t beat the prices at ah laser aesthetics and the professionalism in here as well. Love it.

AH Laser Aesthestics is the best in the business. I drive out to Arlington Heights from downtown Chicago for services from these folks. Whether I need laser hair removal, skin resurfacing or Botox (or Xeomin, I like Xeomin better than Botox) — these folks help inform me and perform the procedures flawlessly. I’ve been going to them for several years now and they never disappoint. Dr. Nisha as well as her aestheticians are very friendly, down-​to-​earth, provide practical advice and are all extremely professional. I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for external skin treatments, injectables or laser hair removal. Trust me, it’s worth the trip from downtown!

I can’t say enough good things about AH Laser Aesthetics. I started with Dr. Nisha as a medical patient and gradually added aesthetic services. One of the first things that stood about this practice was the transparency in pricing. I had been going somewhere else for Botox and fillers and was being charged 3 times as much as what I pay now through AH. I honestly never thought to question it and I figured you get what you pay for. This was not the case, because I’m honestly much happier with the results I have currently, than I was getting from a much more expensive place. I wasn’t hesitant at all to let Dr. Nisha inject me, because I had experienced her patient care and knew if I wasn’t happy, she would fix it. Her staff is polite, friendly and treats everyone like a VIP. I have sent many of my friends here and they all say they will never go anywhere else. LOVE AH Laser aesthetics!!!

I have been going here off and on for a while now and just saw the two lower ratings and I have to say, this is not the experience I or any of my friends have experienced at AH Laser.
My friends have become clients on my recommendation and a couple of them are now better clients than I am!!!
I am in a group that often sees lack luster hair removal due to our super pale skin and blonde hairs (don’t let that pic fool you, I dye it to give my face some depth! — other wise I would be so washed out I’d look sick!!) and VOILA! I have little to no hair left!!! (Except where I want it LOL).
I thought I would share with you my experiences so you can make a more informed choice — after all that is what Unilocal!is all about :)
I started with my legs, because they were always itchy and I hated shaving. I have only had 4 treatments to date and I do need to schedule another (note to self). I have random spots that need to be lasered again. At first they were fine, just baby fine hairs, which laser treatments won’t remove when its blonde, now that I have shaved them for about a year (it takes a bit over a month for those hairs to be long enough to see so I know where to shave) they are dark enough and long enough for the techs to see, so we can address the areas that need addressing.
I then progressed to my face and underarms. My face I have been diligent about, my underarms not so much. The hair on my face comes back, all my friends have similar issues too, we recently found out that your facial hair is the most fickle and hormonal fluctuations will effect hair growth, even when you thought it was gone! Even though my hairs are blonde, the laser still makes it less & I no longer get these random snakelike super long curly hairs on my lower checks and neck. The side burn areas have taken a bit longer to address but since my hair dresser told me that your body treats that hair more like the hair on your head I haven’t stressed about it too much. As for the underarms, mine are sensitive and the hair is so sparse that I don’t mind shaving once every month or so. I need to back to them and I will, just in no hurry.
My girlfriends and I always compare notes and such and we agree that we love AH Laser. Now it is not a «SPA» and does also have a medical practice with it, but they have done a good job in sprucing up an old medical office. I don’t need to pay for a «SPA» as long as it works and it does. Some people will obviously have random issues, but that certainly doesn’t mean that everyone will have those issues.
I have looked at and considered going to another aesthetics place closer to my house when they have groupons for them, but I too have always been worried about what I will get. I have been so happy with the services and staff that I think you should all just come here and let them know I sent you! ;)

Talk about an unexpected amazing experience. I went here based off a special I had seen and was uncertain of what to expect after reviewing their website. I could not have been more pleased!!! The Dr and staff were exceptionally. They were friendly, well informed, professional, and very accommodating. I had such a great experience that I will refer all my friends and drive the distance to be in great hands!!!

–Sigh– It’s difficult to write a review related to a medical treatment because I can’t prove that it’s the treatment/​service and not the the way that I personally reacted to a treatment or if this is the way it’s going to be for anyone who gets this service, so I’ll just tell you my story:
I purchased a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments and decided to have my underarms lasered. I work full time and found it exceptionally difficult to schedule an appointment given their hours of operation and availability. Prior to attending my first appointment I prepped as I was instructed to do and came into the office for my treatment. The facility was quite lack-​luster. I can’t complain, but I guess I just expected more of an Aesthetics place. The place was clean, but small and dated. The treatment was not very painful and the woman who helped me was VERY nice. I was very excited and thought I was off to a good start. I was told that I should schedule my next appointments 6 weeks apart exactly (something to do with the growth of the hair follicles) so I went to the front to schedule my next session. It turned out that they couldn’t accommodate my work schedule (normal 9 – 5 job) until 8 weeks out, but they assured me that it shouldn’t affect my treatment. I agreed and scheduled 8 weeks out. My appointments were usually scheduled sometime between 5 – 9 weeks between (against what I was pretty sure my aesthetician suggested) but I was assured there would be no adverse affects. One time, the day OF my appointment, the office called me to reschedule my appointment because the staff member who was to perform my treatment was unavailable. I tried to remain calm and flexible and asked when I could come in next (keeping in mind my work schedule) and they couldn’t ‘squeeze me in’ until 4 MORE weeks later. So now, about 12 weeks since my last treatment I come in and inform them that I don’t think it’s working and the hair growth is about the same, maybe a tiny bit thinner hairs. They told me that’s because I must have stubborn hair and should (get this) PURCHASE follow-​up treatments at full price.
NO THANK YOU! What’s to say that you’re actually performing the treatment correctly or that you’re using the equipment correctly or that you’ll even schedule me appropriately next time!!! NO THANK YOU! NO THANK YOU!
Since my terrible experience at AH Laser, I’ve actually purchased another Groupon at a medspa in Schaumburg and have seen immediate results (this time bikini line). The facility there was MUCH cleaner and the staff more friendly with much more accommodating hours. I have to say, based on my experience with a different company/​location, that AH laser just doesn’t cut it and something with their staff, schedule and equipment is ‘wonkey’ and I have confidence saying that I don’t think it’s ‘me’ or how I responded to the treatment at AH Laser. I don’t recommend them for the service of laser hair removal.

I purchased the Groupon deal for laser hair removal they had in the spring 2011. I purposely waited to post a review to see the results. I am thrilled. I used it for underarms and after 5 treatments there is no hairs left. I have my last appointment in a few weeks and I am considering canceling it and saving it for later. The office is very clean, private. I never had to wait and everyone you come in contact with is very nice and helpful. I had treatment performed by 3 technicians and they were all nice and knowledgeable. I do want to mention that Kasia does an excellent job, is very personable and willing to answer questions and give advice. Would most definitely come back for other procedures when I am ready financially.

I’ve had 2 of my 6 laser hair removal appointments for my underarms and everything is going great so far. I’ve had 2 aestheticians (don’t remember their names) but they were both great, very polite, made sure I was not in too much pain, and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
With Groupon, this is really a great deal. I don’t think I’d ever pay full price for laser hair removal.
The only problem is that it’s sometimes hard to get an appointment after work hours, so definitely schedule your next appointment while you’re there and well in advance!
