Long wait time even with appointment but nice people.

They cancelled my appointment to begin with and rescheduled on their terms. So to be fair, i patiently waited because everyone deserves a benefit of the doubt. When i drove an hour to get there, it was unreal how i was discrimanately treated for being a groupon customer. Just because you seek for a discount does not mean you are not willing to pay granted you are treated well. I Totally agree with all the reviews. i have never been so aggravated in my life for the way i was treated. This receptionist named Anna, called me in a room. Thought they will discuss the treatment process and honor their agrrement with groupon, but they called you in to force an upgraded packages. Why in the world would i upgrade with a business who is money hungry and ill– mannered??? Treat your clients with dignity first hen you will be sure to get their business regardless of the cost! They should be shut down by the better business beureau! Remember, There is no maltreatment that you won’t beget at the end.

I’m so pissed off I don’t even know where to begin. Omg I wish 0 stars was an option. I drove an hour for a $ 199 service, used a Groupon. Got there, was handed papers, I filled them out and handed them back and waited while the woman sat and did NOTHING for 30 mins. Oh wait, she did do something… ignore me for 30 minutes. She finally addressed me, rudely, not even by name (my name was all over the papers I filled out!) and asked me to go into a room with her. I mean seriously, «You»…there are 2 women seated, WHO ARE YOU REFERRING TO and since you’re holding paper with my name on it, would it have hurt to say it? My name is very easy to pronounce. In the room, she talked to me for 5 minutes and tried to sell me an 890 dollar package. The nerve was amazing. When I wasn’t interested she said I needed to schedule an appointment for my first treatment that she previously said only takes 10 minutes. 10 MF MINUTES!!!
I was THERE for that 10 MINUTE TREATMENT, ON TIME, but she told me, no I couldn’t receive the treatment same day and there was no way she could squeeze me in. She said she doesn’t know who I spoke to that would’ve scheduled the 5 minute consultation and 10 minute treatment on the same day. OutMFrageous! I will never come back to this $#!& hole. It’s in a secluded creepy location anyway.
The girl who waited after me, who happened to be white, filled out her paper work and got the same treatment done the same day. She was also greeted nicely as well and I’m sure wasn’t treated rudely during her consultation. Maybe I’m not the right complexion to receive treatment here. What a pathetic place.
Thankfully, I can use my $ 199 Groupon refund elsewhere that’s professional and not prejudiced against their customers.

I have a similar issue with the woman’s review below. 2 weeks after I left I still have wrinkles on my forehead. I called to make a follow up appointment as they promise you if you feel you aren’t satisfied. When I called they give me an excuse that they can’t see me unless it’s on a Friday. I purchased 30 units through Groupon and then another 10 units, for 40 units total which was decently expensive. Second of all, at my appointment the nurse administered 40 total units of botox in less than 5 minutes… no joke and not to mention was not gentle at all and it was quite frankly painful. I have had this procedure done many times before and there was no reason for her to be as rough as she was. This place is like the DMV… they are pushing in as many people in and out as fast as they can. With that amount of botox it should not be done in 5 minutes. Second, I do go to my follow up appointment I get there and they have no idea it’s for a follow up (or so they say). When I get in the room the nurse is SUPER RUDE to me and telling me about what SHE THINKS of the botox. AGAIN, I have had this done many times before and I know what my results should be, and it’s not up to you to decide what you think. She then proceeds to tell me…“Well I can give you more, if you want to look fake and that’s the look you are going for”!! Oh my god… WHAT?! Seriously how dare you!
At this point I will be contacting Groupon, this place flat out sucks, you are rude, and should not be running this business. Do not waste your money or time, PLEASE!

purchsed 30 units through groupon. RN told me i needed 40 units total for forehead and 11s. i bought the extra 10 units. 6 weeks later i have wrinkles on my forehead. so either she did not inject 40 units or she gave my dysport. called them to ask what is the deal. they said they could only see me on fridays and they close at 6:30pm. not accomodating for their mistakes and for someone who works downtown Chicago. buyer beware.

I went there for Botox, and I did not like the place. The place is tiny and very crowded. The wait is very long (about 45 min for me); the space is tiny. They only have a few chairs, so people stand and wait for their appointments. There is not enough room to even stand. The procedure is not smooth. There is no doctor consultation; the esthetician was in a hurry and tried to get it done ASAP. I The results were OK, but not the best for sure. I am not coming back. There are many places who do much better job. I do not recommend this place.

I went there from a Groupon, total bait and switch. They told me I needed more botox (double) than I have ever gotten and tried to charge me a premium for it. Do not waste your money and time! Also the girl was super rude saying if I don’t like my results I can’t blame her since I didn’t double my dose, whatever. I am wondering if she even gave me the amount I paid for as I have had botox many times and it does seem less. Avoid this place.
