Where do I even start The room had cock roaches Bed bugs The pillows where small and not comfy The bed was hard as a frozen ice cube The showers where disgusting 75 dollars for 2 people and a dog?! Really dissatisfied

Pretty much in line with the other reviews. The price was lowest around so we didn’t expect much. What we got was a clean room. That was definitely a good thing. And, because of that fact alone, we would stay at this hotel again. However, it’s too bad they don’t try to clean up the outside. The lawn needs more than just mowing. The bushes need trimming, the fence mended/replaced and cleaned, and the edges trimmed. They appear to be renovating some of the rooms. The old furniture and fixtures should definitely be removed from the premises. They are an eyesore. Had the outside been as nice as our room I would have given the place at least a three. We did have to leave our door open to air the room out. Their Wi-Fi was too weak for us to access. Never did get access.

I wanted to give an update on the response that Quality Inn gave me regarding my stay via the Better Business Bureau: «December 27,2011 Christopher Ott checked into The Quality Inn of Arkadelphia. He has since filed a complaint for a full refund based on erroneous charges. This case should be closed once again and in the same manner that it was the first time. Mr Ott booked his reservation on the wrong day for a smoking king room. We were able to accomodate our guest with a smoking queen room and this process took an extra 5 to 10 minutes to make the changes not 45 minutes. Mr Ott also complained that he was being directed by multiple staff members to call the Choice helpline rather than the hotel making the changes. This is highly unlikely as our staff knows how to make changes on reservations. It is the policy of the Quality Inn to match a drivers license to the guest name for the safety of the client and the well being of the company. Our Internet service was working propertly during his stay. Any claims that state otherwise should be considered fabrications as those about the hair dryer in his room that was replaced by a new one. We took the other to maintenance and it worked fine. We feel Mr Ott has no legal claim to a refund as our staff did everything possible to ensure a positive stay. « What a pitiful excuse for a «hotel». I have never seen such a nasty response from a business. And for them to say that I «fabricated» the entire story is totally dishonest and unprofessional. I also have video footage of the poor internet service, which by the way was not working fine at all. UPDATE: It’s now February 2014 and I still haven’t been directly contacted my management about this incident.

Nothing spectacular. No bedbugs. Had to leave the door open to air out the room. It smelled like cheap air freshener.
