I live close, so I eat here about every other month. Food is always very good, very fresh. And service is always good. Dinner is quick, consistent, and well worth the price. I like this place!

I think Elvis P. said it best… the staff is «blissfully ignorant». Ho-​hum experience with carry-​out.
Had the occasion to order carry-​out twice here recently. So at this Chili’s, there is a sign for you to pick-​up your order at the bar. Both times, there was no bartender for quite some time and I had to hunt to someone down. The most recent visit, I was finally given my food, handed a receipt and the server walked away. Now, I’m standing and waiting some more. Felt like I was in a Twilight Zone episode with a zombie-​like waitstaff. Made a comment to the manager that this took entirely too long to which he replied as if he couldn’t care in the least. Will think more than twice about showing up again. Food was typical Chili’s, as if they wanted to make something great, but then forgot.

Placed an online order for pick up. When I called they were completely unorganized. When I picked it up, it took forever for them to take my card and get my receipt. The food tasted like it had all been fried in the same day old grease. I don’t recommend and I won’t return.

It’s a nice play to eat. Sometimes a little loud. The employees are nice enough. Kitchen staff was accommodating enough to sell me a dish not on the menu anymore.
Everything taste really fresh and the quality seems to have gotten even better over the years.
My only gripe is the price. It’s a bit much. Even for one person. But It’s nice on the occasion.

Front of the house is pretty much what breaks this chilis location for me. Usually blissfully ignorant is the vibe I always get. Now they have these tablets that are 1) outdated 2) annoying and unnecessary. Before we’d probably come here every couple of weeks we haven’t been back since those tablets became required to eat there. I always ask for them to remove them and they get so confused.

Was here for a late lunch on a Friday. It was slow so the service was great. Food was good. Hot and fresh. I always like the salsa and chips.
Bacon burger was good, fries were Great!
Memphis style ribs we’re OK. Not overly thrilled with the rub. The BBQ sauce on the side tasted like Heinz 57. Nothing nice there.

I’ve never had such horrible food poisoning in my life. I know it was this meal (margarita, bacon ranch quesadilla+chicken, water) I ate at this Chili’s because I hadn’t had anything else for a day prior. bad wait staff, they have messed up our order the last 2 times we went, ribs were old, hard and gross, we sent them back and they brought more that were barely any better. it took 20 minutes to get napkins and, salads are even worse! One of my family members had a steak… it was nothing special (no surprise) decent, okay portions and not too pricey… i love chilis, just not this one!
