This pizza is damn good. Inside the restaurant atmosphere isn’t anything special. But that’s OK because the food makes up for it. Get the knots. A real gem.

Had a great first experience. Greek salad, cheesesteak and gaelic ale! Ahhhh Driven by 1,000 times now I’ll stop often. Heard the pizza is great too.

Good New York style pizza. Moving from Long Island New York to Asheville has been difficult in one way. Sorry Asheville but the pizza here sucks. You end up with bad ingredients and pizza not fully cooked and too much crust, you’re a mess. Brooklyn Bros has been the only pizza joint out of many that I would return to. The do pizza right. They cook the pie till the crust is crisp and the cheese is nice and melty. They have great specialty pies and you can order by the slice. And you can’t beat half off beer on Thursday nights. And this includes pitchers of the craft stuff.

Don’t get the eggplant… or the salad… or the pizza. Big disappointment. I would never go again.

Since I moved from New York to North Carolina it’s been hard to find real good pizza. This is some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! And the chicken parm entrée was delicious as well!

I came here because of the reviews on my way through town. It was very good pizza the staff was nice and it was cheap. It was worth the little drive from the highway.

If I could give this more than all the stars in the sky I would. Go, now. As soon as you step in the door, get 10 orders of garlic knots. Get 20 orders of pizza. Do it, and do it now. It will be the best decision you will have ever made. I drive 7 ½ hours for this shenanigans. So no excuses, go.

Ordered 2 cheese slices to go. It took 26 minutes to get them. Pizza crust was paper thin and tasted like a cracker. Radio in kitchen was so loud that patrons had to lip read to eachother. It may be good for you, but my experience sucked.

We drove off the course of our trip to eat here because the reviews were so good. We walked into an empty restaurant, were not greeted, stood there for a several seconds and the guy behind the counter looked at us as if we were aliens. This place is a dump.

I have eaten here a number of times. I have not been disappointed yet. We shared an 18 count Buffalo Wing plate tonight along with their awesome garlic knots. I am happily full and not over burned from hot sauce on the REASONABLYPRICED wings. It was a delicious feast deciding whether to dip the wings and knots in home made marinara sauce or blue cheese which is the tradtional dip or extra hot sauce. I attended college in Buffalo and enjoyed many wings from the Anchor Bar the birthplace of Buffalo Wings. These will certainly do…

Wings worthy of being called BUFFALO Wings… Amazingly delicious, tender not over fried or over sauced.

Enjoyed a delicious stromboli. The menu doesn’t reflect the current reality. They have more options, so be sure to ask what else is available. :)

Okay first of all… the garlic knots were very good. I could have just drank the garlic butter mixture. We ordered a house salad and it was very fresh and the dressings were both very good. I had the Ranch and my husband got the Bleu Cheese. We then ordered a large cheese pizza and a calzone with sausage and mushroom. The cheese and the sauce on the pizza were spot on. The grease was just like a pizza in NY. The dough lacked any quality of a NY pizza. It wasn’t crispy, it was just not good. The calzone was extremely skimpy on the cheese especially the ricotta. The sausage was good(and I’m not a sausage fan). It might be the best that the area has to offer, but it is a far cry from real Brooklyn or NYC pizza.

This Place is GREAT! From the first time my family and I went the brothers came out and said hello. One started a conversation with one of my young(6yrs) son and before you know it they were doing handshakes and showing him the kitchen. SUPERFRIENDLY! …then the food came out… and it was AMAZING! We ordered the 2 for 20, two large pizzas for $ 20. One cheese and one pepperoni both cooked well and mighty delicious. The next visit we had the 2 for $ 20 but threw in a chef salad. I just finished a run and was not up for pizza. The chef salad is like and antipasta salad on top of greens! By the time my wife and I split the salad we couldn’t eat the pizza! The Brothers came out and remembered us and the kids and we met the Mother, girlfriend, and everyone else. Third visit we brought the parents from out of town and had the 2 for $ 20, Chef salad, and a chicken Parm sub… Now I’m from Boston and I know what a Chicken Parm is supposed to taste like and this was right on! Once again the Brothers came to say hello and they even sent us some garlic knots that lasted no more than 30 seconds on the table. Now we only get our pizza fro Brooklyn Bro’s and both of my boys when asked«Where do you want to go for your birthday dinner?» have said«I want to go see my friends at Brooklyn Bro’s!!» So that’s what we did.

NY style pizza can be quickly rated by ordering a slice of cheese pizza. Kudos to Brooklyn Bros. for meeting our expectations. Picked up our order and added the garlic knots, which were quite tasty. Tried a sausage pizza, too! Great prices, close to home-we’ll become regulars in no time.

TL;DR — Go eat here. If you’re going to be lazy and not read all this greatness I typed out, just save yourself some trouble and get in the car right now. If you’re a long-time follower of my Unilocal reviews, and you should be, then you know that I have a policy of only awarding a 5-star review to the very best that I think I can get in a particular town. I have already given out a five to another pizza place in Asheville, but I’m loopholing it and pointing out that this one is in Arden. And it’s the best restaurant in Arden, without question. I went with a few other people, thus ensuring that we got a good sample of what they had to offer. So here’s a run-down of what we got and how awesome it was: Garlic knots: Among the best in town. They’re just baked enough, and swimming in garlic and butter. Come with a side of their delicious house-made red sauce. Ziti with Sausage: I expected little crumbles of sausage. I got 3 entire sausages split length-wise. Y’all are really making me love you. Again, sauce was great, pasta is pasta. Ravioli with basil cream alfredo: Got this on the server’s suggestion. That is a smart server. Holy crap that is good alfredo. It’s *thick* alfredo, and it’s worth dipping everything you can find in it. Napkin, fork, whatever. Stromboli: Met with wonderful reviews. I didn’t try it, but it had some of that sausage in it, so I don’t see how it couldn’t have been fantastic. Cheese pizza: Main event, right here. You gauge a place like this on the quality of its cheese pizza, and that’s what solidifies its fifth star. I’m not from NYC, but this isn’t quite what I expected when I heard«NY Style» based on my various experiences at other places that I’ve been told are authentic, but it was close. Definitely a thin crust, and not super crispy. Either way, delicious. The service was friendly and fantastic. I have zero complaints. Oh, and they make their own ranch.

Just picked up my third pizza that I’ve ordered from this place. The pizza is delicious, just like the other two were. My only giving it 3 stars is more due to the difficulty I’ve had actually purchasing the pizzas, rather than the quality of the food. The first time I ordered one, I tried calling the order in, but no one would answer either of their phone lines. I must have called 10 times. Finally I just drove down to the store, ordered my pizza at the counter and waited for it. After 30 minutes of standing around, I finally got my pizza and took it home. The second time, I called the order in, went and got the pizza, and it was ready when I got there. Today I called in my order and they tole me about 25 minutes or so. 30 minutes later I showed up to get my pizza, and they were just putting it in the oven. So another 15 minutes of waiting. Not sure how ordering pizza works in New York, but here in South Asheville, I’m not a big fan of standing around wasting my time trying to get a pizza. I’ll probably give them one more shot, but the pizza is really quite good, but if I find myself waiting around again, that will probably be the last time.
