It is a fact that I can see today because of Dr. Win. Why do you think he is so busy? Bad doctors do not have full waiting rooms. He is one of the best Retina doctors in our area and all I can say to him is thank you for saving my eye sight.

Another two hour waiting this time! This place is always overbooking…
I don’t think I should take my dad come again…
Maybe Public Safety department should visit this clinic… Every time always more than 20 people on the waiting!

I was recommend to see Dr. Win by a friend of mine. She had told me that Dr. Win was very thorough and nice. I was, however, warned that the wait can be horrendous, often around two hours. The first time I saw Dr. Win, I was really desperate to see an opthalmologist because I was in pain and I thought I had a foreign body in my eye. I told his receptionist about my problem and she was able to make an appointment for me for the same afternoon at their new Arcadia office on First Avenue. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment because of traffic and when I got to their clinic at 4:30 pm, the waiting room was empty. The front desk staff was very nice and I wait less than 20 minutes before I was taken to the examination room. Within 30 minutes, I was seen by Dr.Win. As I had expected, he was professional, thorough and friendly. He addressed my issue and gave me some good insight. His staff was very friendly and professional. The clinic is clean and new. As a physician myself, I felt that my particular experience was a very good one. I am reading a lot of complaints about the wait. Perhaps scheduling an appointment in the late afternoon may be result in a shorter wait. You can always ask the receptionist to schedule you at a time when the clinic is less busy.

Horrible patient service. They schedule more than a dozen people at same time and have no consideration for patients time. I am sitting in a waiting room where everyone around me is averaging a 2 hour wait and still have not been seen by doctor.

Horrible place. Come and wait is the name of the game here. After waiting you only get on average 2.5 minutes with the doctor, who never seems to be listening any way.
He is always ready to run off to another patient because they so overbook.
They try to see as many people as possible not caring about wait time for anyone.
Once we are done with this procedure, we are never coming back.
