Very disappointed. I had the new eye glasses yesterday. I went today to adjust the frame.
They asked me to write my name on the sheet.
After 20 minutes, the young lady came and told me they are not going to fix it today if I can come back tomorrow. I told her I wish she would have told me that earlier. The two ladies who are working on the eye glasses are the same who helping the doctor. If they are busy with the doctor, you will not get any service.
The sad part that the office manager was part of that decision, and she heard me and she did not come out of her office to resolve the issue!!!
I went to another optometrist and they fixed the eye glass for free. I timed it and it took him 49 seconds.
Dr Phillips is a good doctor. But you will not get any good service when you get the eye glasses there as the same nurses serve both offices. If they are busy with doctor, they have no time for you.
Do your eye glasses some place else.

On the 12^th of October I had cataract surgery on my left eye and it was so very easy. I was nervous about this as I had cataract surgery on the right eye with another doctor last April and there were problems after the surgery. Dr Phillips is the wonderful with he and his staff being so attentive, making sure that you have the best possible outcome.

I was referred to Dr. Phillips by a close friend here in Glendora about how fantastic Dr. Phillips is. As you most likely know sometime these referrals can be great and sometime referrals can turn out to be pretty scary. Well I called in to Dr. Phillips office and talked to a great admittance person. She is able to answer most any question one might put to her about what Dr. Phillips can do and what he will do to help a patient out taking care of eye and related problems. After talking to Dr. Phillips about my cataract on the right eye and what he will do to help me out I made arrangements to do the operation. When I arrived at the surgery center, I was treated with respect and not just a name out of the phone book. The operation went off great and I am not experiencing any problems at all. Thank you very much to a wonderful Doctor and
surgeon and also his great staff.

After having to get glasses at the young age of 11 and then moving to wearing contacts in my teens, with needing a stronger prescription every 6 months, my eye sight was becoming quite the inconvenience. In my early 20’s I was introduced to Dr. Phillips and he changed my life. I had a consultation with him to discuss having lasik surgery. He was warm, friendly, caring and so easy to work with. I never felt rushed or as if I was asking silly questions. He was very detailed oriented and gave me the time I needed at every appointment.
The day of my surgery I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. Phillips and his team were supportive through the whole (quick, efficient, and painless) process. My surgery was at noon and he told me to go home and take a nap afterwards. I did this and when I woke up at dinner time I had ²⁰⁄₁₀ vision-​something I had never had in my life!
9 years later my eyesight is just as strong and I have only Dr. Phillips to thank. I am constantly telling people how lasik, and Dr. Phillips, changed my life and am always referring him to people. He will take care of you from day 1 and it doesn’t stop after your procedure. It has been 9 years since my procedure, but he never forgets me when I go in for a check-​up and we always have a pleasant visit.
Because he had done my mom’s lasik procedure before mine he offered my brother and me a discount on our procedures. He’s honest and fair in his pricing. My mom, brother, and my father-​in-​law are all now happy patients of his as well! If you are considering any eye treatments, please don’t hesitate-​book your appointment now with Dr. Phillips. After a botched cataract surgery by another ophthalmologist, Dr. Phillips was recommended to us. He did a fantastic job on my 92-​yr old Dad’s other eye, and included the ORA precision laser system that measured the exact lens placement in his eye. He sees perfectly and rarely uses his glasses. We highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his efficient staff. In addition, the surgical center he uses is very pleasant and professionally run.
