This is my second home and I have been through the daunting process of purchasing a home before, thus I know a knowledgeable broker from a fly by night agent and let me tell you, Rachel knows what she is doing. The whole way through purchasing the home, she made the loads and loads of legal mumbo jumbo accessible and clear. She is quick to answer questions about a community (schools, zoning laws, permit requirements) and is quick to find answers when she didn’t know an answer to one of my very specific questions. I appreciated that she went to the correct authorities instead of just making up an answer that may be incorret. I felt like she took great care to protect out rights and represent us in the acquisition in a professional way.
