Best customer service ever! Thank you to the wonderful employees who helped me pick out the cutest boots ever!

Cute shoes but bad customer service. They seemed mad that I wanted to try on a bunch of shoes in the buy one get one fifty percent off sale. They could have treated me with better customer service.

Very cute shoes. But Customer Service just SUCK!!! like I can do a lot better job then them. STOP BEING ON YOUR PHONES AND START PAYING ATTENTION YOUR CUSTOMERS. I needed help and they completely, ignored me. Waste of my time. Really.

As for service, well the chicks and I mean a few of them really should learn to «not» bring their drama into work for customers to see.

High heels are like training bras, you start off with the baby ones until you develop enough to work it like a lady. And I’m sure that your boyfriend will be equally entertained watching you try on some sexy heels. Reflection is one of those shoe boutiques that has a variety high heels, pumps, sandals, boots, etc to keep you in there for days just trying them all on!
Speaking of boyfriends, mine lost a bet. So rather than make him suffer with the agreed upon task, I graciously allowed him to get me a pair of high heels that I would wear to the elite holiday party ;)
They have a sale going on, buy one get one 50% (equal or lesser value). They are also having a huge shoe sale ranging from $ 10+. Their selection is huge and the shoes are trendy; you can go with your conservative footwear or you can go super sexy, there’s something for everyone!
Reflection is located on the upper level of the Westfield Santa Anita (next to Tmobile). Service is just ok, they aren’t super friendly but they will get the shoes you need in your size.
