This location is CLOSING on MAY20th. Having a closeout sale right now. Going to become a Korean(?) market. I’ve spent so much money at this place in the last 2 weeks because I’ve been trying to take advantage of 50% cards, K-Cups, wine, etc. But beside these 2 weeks, I’ve been a fan of this Ralphs as it is the one that’s on my way to and from work. I’m pretty sad to see it leave and I hope that whichever market takes its place will be just a good as this one.

I can’t believe another Ralphs is closing yet again to another 99 Ranch market. I have been coming here since the Main St. Ralphs closed. The 99 Ranch markets do not cater to ALL the community. So unfair that we have to keep traveling further and further to find any markets close to home. Thank god for Super A and Sprouts! The closures need to stop! I love Ralphs markets and the personnel is always helpful and friendly sorry to see another one gone.

This store is the WORSTSTORE that I have ever seen. In addition to it’s a disorderly store rather than other Ralph’s stores, I had a very bad experience there two days ago. It looked my receipt is too much. I told the cashier I will take a look to my receipt and may be return some things. She told me very IMPOLITELY, you can’t leave the store!!! I accepted and verified that over there, finally I found, a box beer was $ 17.99 and if you bought three boxes, you need to pay $ 9.99 for each. I had bought 6 boxes, she put 14.99 for each(it was on sale 25% off too). I mentioned her about her mistake, she told me, go on the line again. I told her, you made a mistake, why I have to be wait again? Actually I had an appointment and have to go ASAP. Then she asked me bring me the sign! Is it customer’s duty to bring sign for cashier!!! Finally she returned those but didn’t scan them again. She asked me go to the line with an other cashier. She was really RUDE. I became so upset and contacted with store’s manager, although she apologized me, but I was so upset and left the store with weeping eyes. Well, all good things must come to an end. This place has been around these parts for many many years. The other Ralph’s closed by San Gabriel and Huntington Drive(over a decade ago) and now this one is shutting its doors May 20th. Other locations in Azusa and Pasadena will remain open but the market selection in the interim will not be so convenient. Everything is 25−75% off(except certain product listed in the signage fine print). I just bought 22 items, from meds to housewares, and it came out to about $ 45. Thus, grab and go while there’s time but note that it’s quite busy already with folks cashing in on the deals. Thanks for the good times at this Ralph’s.

I am really sorry to see this Ralphs close. It was just the right size and by far the most convenient place to shop in the neighborhood. I will miss all of the friendly cashiers and the really great parking. Guess I will start shopping at Pavilions

I am really wondering why Ralph’s is exiting areas where many neighborhoods are able to shop for groceries…

Workers were more than shopper. I bought some cheap tissues and went to check out. The cashier E. greeted me first and asked me if I can pull my cart forwards, One white guy wait behind me, I pulled the cart. When I tried to paid her with cash, She already has my receipt ready and serve the customer behind me. While I am counting money to her, she asked me again for 3rd time to pull the cart forwards. I told her when I am done with my money. She said sorry. The male helper for bagging only bag 2 stuff out of 4 and looked at me like I did something horrible. Not happy about the shopping experience. Feel like being kicked out from the store. Being insulted with manner. Cashier doesn’t have patience, basic respect, even common sense, not sure why she rush me at checking. The other two white customers can wait, why can’t she?

My favorite local market. Everyone is so sweet & helpful except a few employees. The prices are reasonable, the fruit is fresh & delicious.

I just came back from this Ralphs and I am SOUPSETRIGHTNOW! The employee that was loading up the meat was very RUDE to me when I ask him a question nicely. He apparently is having a bad day and took it out on me. What the helll is his problems?! I have been coming to this ralphs for years and sad to be treated like this as a customer!

Ive been shopping at this store for years and they’ve always been great. Every department is well taken care of and always has fresh food. Many employees have come and gone, but im glad that Yi has been here a while. He’s always friendly and attentive. By far my favorite store in the SGV.

It really depends which day you decide to do some grocery shopping here. Some days I walk out with nothing because the produce is just indecent but on other days I feel like I’m selecting veggies right off the farmers truck. The other Ralphs down in Temple City seems to be more reliable but it’s a bit out of my way.

I’ve only gone to this Ralph’s if I’m on the way or back from Westfield Santa Anita and trader Joe’s. It’s also near trader Joe’s, which could contribute to your grocery shopping experience. It’s a bit out of the way for me though. This Ralph’s is alright. Regular stuff. The grocery and produce here are fresher, compared to many of the other chain supermarkets. The workers are nice. Price wise, it’s average. Plenty of parking, spacious and usually never crowded when I go.

Got the 4−1−1 today from the dude in the fruit section. If you want a particular cut of meat, call them on a Tuesday and ask for the head butcher and he’ll set something aside. It doesn’t have to be a Tuesday, but for some reason you’ll have the best luck on that day. I feel like I just discovered animal-style at In-N-Out. Thank you checkers for always giving me a roll of quarters. Can you please tell the staff down the street at Pavilions that this is not a Herculean request?

A smallish Ralph’s store, with the added bonus of being open until 1 am every night. This would be a big deal if there wasn’t a giant Ralph’s a mile and a half towards Pasadena that is open until 2 am or 24 hours(depending on who you ask.) We stopped by tonight for TP and kale. How’s that for a cause and effect, «chicken or the egg» type question?

What’s up with these grocery stores not having scales at the produce section? I’m guessing it’s a way for these big grocery corporations to get you to buy produce without knowing how much you’re spending. This location as well as other chains are missing scales. That’s kind of scummy! Don’t you think?
