Everyone always tells me how greats Rocky’s is and a few of us decided to order takeout. When I paid, the cashier was very friendly. Apparently she has been working there for quite a while. The 2 pizzas we ordered were undercooked I felt. I was told by my gf that this is how they do it there (she likes it). I needed to cook my slices longer. The flavors and portions seemed good for the price but I haven’t been back since and it’s not looking like I’ll be going back anytime soon either.

Long wait on pizza. Order first, then pick up. You might still have to wait. Pizza is awesome and great tasting though.

This one star is for customer satisfaction. Just ordered a pizza and bread sticks to be delivered love their pizza but my husband took a bite and there was a long piece of hair in it took another piece another piece of hair. called them to tell them and they said they could give us a couple pieces of pizza for the problem, I said I would think since we bought the whole pizza and not a couple pieces that they should do more than that and the gentleman on the phone said he was a supervisor and that is all they could do so I told them to keep their couple pieces of pizza and he said Ok and not very concerned at all, kind of felt like he could have cared less not very customer friendly.
