I took my wife and mother to lunch here and we all loved the food and service. I had pasta with meatballs and salad. My wife had meat ravioli and my mom had cheese ravioli. We were looking for something that wasn’t a chain and were very happy to check in here. My salad was fresh and overflowing the bowl. The meatballs were just right; juicy and tender. The red sauce had a touch of sweetness just like my mom’s and we all commented on how we loved it. Both ravioli dishes were plentiful and satisfying. Our server was very prompt and attentive.

I would likely have rated this a 5 star since I love locally run Italian places, but I was turned away for delivery service because of the incompetence of the employee on the phone who would not correctly map my address. Placed a $ 50 order, when she went to check to make sure I am in the 3 mile delivery radius, she got back on the phone and said I was over the range stating that I was over 6 miles away(incorrect!!). I am less than 3 miles away. I told the employee this and she replied that according to the app on her phone she was correct and that I was over the 6 miles away for sure. They need to get a better system for mapping deliveries, or hire people who know how to read maps. Highly disappointing!

The service was good. That’s where the compliments end. Found a long black hair in the antipasto salad. 2 Fruit flys were trying to land on everything. Toppings on the pizza were very slim, little bitty pieces of bell pepper, and sausage was almost not there, reminds me of a cheap frozen pizza. On top of that it was very hot today. What ever type of cooling they have was either not turned up or not working. Very disappointing. You don’t go out to dinner on a hot day so you can roast in someone’s resturant. My beer didn’t stay cold and the ice melted in my water. Sorry but I’ll pass.

We always make the trip into the Apple Valley location from VV for the fried green beans. The VV and AV locations are both great with very friendly staff. So many places to choose pizza from but we always choose to come here.

Don’t know how people are rating this place 5 stars on their pizza. Sad to say but the pizza here is barely passable at best . Ordered an extra large meat pizza, which consisted of pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, and added green peppers and onions. 1st off the dough not too thick not too thin, was ok nothing to rave about . The sauce was bland, tasted like out of a can with hints of oregano in it. The cheese was bland also. The meats on the pizza were practically tasteless and diced so fine I almost needed a magnifying glass to see them. Low quality meat and cheese to say the least. The onions and peppers were diced so fine they were almost non existent . I know good pizza and this is definitely not good pizza. You want a good Italian pizza then do yourself a favor and take yourself to Petrillos in Glendora, then tell me what a pizza should taste like . This place should be ashamed of themselves to carry an Italian name and put out product this low of a level.

Went for Valentine’s w my friends wasn’t over crowded and service was ok my friend and I both ordered fettuccini and mine was decent not a big fan of how buttery it was but I made the best out of it was trying to enjoy my time but my friends plate was drenched in sauce so I suggested maybe taking the noodles and placing them in a separate plate so it wouldn’t be so saucy but that didn’t work the noodles were still packed w sauce. He then proceeded to ask for a side of noodles to try to mix w the sauce and they wanted to charge extra when we explained the situation they still didn’t bother to make the situation better. It’s sad when u try to b nice about something and they don’t bother to help the situation. Left a good tio and still paid for the non eatable fettuccine

Valentines dinner, ordered fettuccine Alfredo they gave me a plate with a few noodles and a gallon of sauce. I asked for just some noodles so I could mix it right and they wanted to charge me. I still paid for it and tipped my waitress because it’s not about being cheap. In the long run this place just lost all my business. I brought this up to the owners but sometimes things fall upon deaf ears. I would be ashamed to be a prideful Italian restaurant and put out a dish like this.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. I’ve been here three times in the past week lol great food and great service… We had another yummy lunch. Ordered our usual mini with medium dough since we prefer thicker crust. I really like the fee drink when we check in:)

We used to really like coming here and getting take out. We were super excited that they started delivering. We paid over $ 45 for 2 pizzas, a sandwich and ravioli. When we went to eat the Chicken Parm sandwich it had a MEATSAUCE – beef, sausage, whatever. We tried to find out why and find out the mistake of mixing beef with chicken and the«boss» was soooo condescending to me it was ridiculous. She was beyond rude to me and refused to fix the order. She kept repeating that it was«the recipe» and NEVEROFFERED to make another sandwich. The«boss» talked to me like I was a slow child. We will never order from this restaurant again. And so much for the fundraiser we were going to hold there. Goodbye!

I took the wife out last night and we quite enjoyed ourselves. They had a great deal for two medium pizzas for 14.99 and my wife was able to get a gluten free pizza, which was probably the best gf pizza in the desert. The waitress was wonderful and full of joy during this busy Christmas season and that was much appreciated. This place is perfect if you want to just come relax, enjoy a nice conversation, and enjoy great some great food.

Awesome pizza, the dough is very delicious. The sauce is great, not too thick but not too thin. Went for dinner one day and then ordered 6 large pizzas for a party and two antipasto salads. The salads are great too. Lettuce crunchy, meats and cheeses delicious. The Italian dressing is not too vinegary and not sweet. When we ordered the food, we told them around 6pm pickup… walked in and they greeted me by name… I guess I looked like someone who would throw a party? They helped me carry out the food to my car and were extremely friendly and gracious. I would go back in a minute. Price is more than your typical fast food pizza place but the quality and taste are superior! Nice place to watch the games, good TVs and not overcrowded.

We have eaten in. Had delivery and picked up to take home. We didn’t enjoy the Brooklyn pizza as much as the regular crust pizza which is delicious. My family only likes cheese. But I like everything. I have tried it both ways and enjoyed it each time. The hot wings were delicious as well they put the«buffalo sauce» on the side so you can add it if you wish. Which was awesome for the kiddos. Dining in is a little rough but I understand because the place isn’t that busy. It’s hard to have a full staff with no patrons. Hopefully business will pick up and they can have more employees to help with the service part. But. Servers are friendly and kind and that means a lot to me.

The food was fantastic the pastrami sandwich was superb! The pizzas are our favorites, we recommend the Hawaiian with pepperoni and the white one super delicious. The environment is super friendly and fun. A must destination for family dinning.

I really wanted to get Linguine and Clam sauce but I thought better not– out here in the desert so far from the sea so I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. It wasn’t horrible but it was not good. It wasn’t fresh, there was not much chicken and the sauce. The sauce had the Jar O’ Alfredo taste to it. It could have been elevated with fresh parmesan but it was the shaker O’ Parmesan. Maybe I should have ordered pizza. The salad was ok. Price was about 13.95, glass of merlot 5.50. There are many other places to eat and I will go there next time. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant.

I definitely had better, but I would like to think I just showed up on a bad day. It was a nice Saturday morning. Lunch time. I was in the mood to try something different and new. Decided to come here and we were greeted by a young lady who either did not like us or, again(and I would like to think), was just having a bad day. We could not decide. I let that go, but unfortunately(and if you are a regular of Unilocal reviews you would understand this) she could not keep my glass of water full. I did, though appreciate the other lady who was good at being attentive. Enough about the service, let us discuss food. I informed the waitress that we’d like to order the appetizer first and if she can come back later so we can decide. She said, «Yes,» and then stood there. So we ordered… garlic knots. Italian garlic knots sounds like lots of flavor and unfortunately it was soft bread dipped in butter but lacked that garlic flavor an italian dish SHOULD have. Even the marinara sauce that came with is lacked some italian herbs. My friend ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, not exactly Italian, I know. He explained that though the meat was cooked well and was tasty, it lacked what every cheesesteak should have: cheese. The bread was soft, but he said he had better flavor as Jersey Mike’s(located around the same shopping mall area). I ordered the lasagna, a la carte. It does have a dinner menu, but I wanted something fulfilling to eat. Nope. Not my lasagna. Again, it lacked Italian herbal flavoring and why was my ricotta cheese more like a chunk of mozzarella? Hmmm… it was cheesy though, but not very fulfilling. In addition, the watery mess at the bottom of my bowl does tell me the chef made a quick boiling of the lasagna pasta, did not do a good job draining it, and sent it into the oven. I did not get my $ 30+ worth of meal. I would have enjoyed a cannoli and a salad, but I was not really pleased by seeing the cannoli and a salad made in front of me from behind the cash register. Well, it is rare that I give 2 stars, and I am glad those who have visited had a great time and meal. Again, I would like to think I showed up on a bad day, but I highly doubt I will return.

Okay, I don’t know where to start. I have heard great reviews about this place. I don’t know what you guys are talking about. # 1 I had a ham and turkey sandwich that was topped with Italian dressing not house made«I asked«your bread is amazing why would you put Italian dressing from Wishbone?, just because you’re some form of an Italian eatery you really think that’s tasty? A garlic Aioli would be nice. My tomatoes were about 4 days old. # 2 meatball sandwich oh my Gosh frozen meatballs that were sliced like ham steaks, subway has better at least they leave their meatballs whole. Not hand made at all. I wish Chef Ramsey would come in and fix your place. You guys got the location and atmosphere but your cooks suck. frozen frozen frozen #3 appetizers once again frozen mozzarella sticks that everyone has in the high desert such a beautiful location and The food has to be the worst frozen food I’ve ever eaten. #4 you could totally tell that the dough was frozen. The cooks put the food up in minutes. The cook would tap a bell every time his food was up and he would ring it until he made eye contact with the server. Very annoying I wanted to tape the bell to your head and tap it for seven hours straight. #5FYI put a little too much oregano in the pizza sauce but I doubt you guys make that. #6 fettuccine Alfredo taste like the gravy at Molly’s country kitchen. I would suggest you find a chef and when I say chef I don’t mean a person that thinks they’re a chef. I would grab a young culinary student that just graduated that is full of passion and heart. your meatballs should always be fresh along with your Alfredo sauce, I was hoping for a great experience but then again I realize I’m not in San Francisco I’m not gonna find anything delicious. Last but not least your marinara is the best I’ve ever had I hope to god that’s not from a bag.
