Applebee’s

Great food and great service. Our server was very nice and there when we needed her. The steak was very tender and delicious.

Riblet Basket 2 for $ 20. First it’s not a basket – it’s a shallow tray. It wasn’t the riblets that I remember from a few years ago. It’s 3 five inch long pieces of rib bones connected together that are very difficult to separate. Knife doesn’t work because of the bones. Very awkward to eat this and the BBQ sauce was a bit spicy. Nice sized side salad was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent but the restaurant lighting is rather dark inside. Something I didn’t know until yesterday – 10% off if you’re a senior.

3 parties were seated before my party of 3. (Another party of 3). The older blonde lady was in her own little world and had scratched our name off her list as already being seated. When I went up to younger waitress and asked if we had gotten overlooked she was very arrogant and instead of smoothing things over she proceeds to tell me that «there’s no way she would have scratched your name off without being called. You must have not been paying attention’. After she said «you’re not even on the list». I’ve never had a problem here but Manager– please take note of that cocky and arrogant waitress. Not good for customer service. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.

They shat the bed in the «getting a table phase.»
It was me in a party of just 3, so we ordered a table. For some ridiculous reason a party of 6, 4, and 2 got seated before us when we waited longer and arrived before these groups! Seriously a party of 2 that barely arrives gets seated before us!!!
We just said screw that and went elsewhere. Job well done you freakin prats!

Had date nite with my wife, Keli H was our waitress. She was absolutely great, attentive, and courteous. She made our experience at Applebee’s a very special nite. Food was great, atmosphere was nice. Will definitely come back.

I keep Applebee’s in my too restaurants because they always have a good selection. I love their Thai Shrimp Salad and their pub menu. My husband and I can go in and order a little bit of everything and just relax. It can get a little loud but the food is still amazing. Great spot for taking our young daughter.

Not so happy w how my dinner went. Sat at the bar for good 30 mins waiting for the bartender to take my order and never came. And so I went back in the front to ask for a table and finally got served.

We only come here once or twice a year to support the kid’s school. Service is slow, unfriendly and off putting. Food is mediocre at best. Wait time for our food is usually over an hour.
It’s also hard to enjoy anything when you can hear everyone around you complaining and the manager trying to console them.

I have been eating at Applebee’s for years and have never really had a bad meal. However, on this last visit I ordered a veggieburger and it was completely disgusting. I do not normally complain but because it was so bad I had to. The waitress was very professional and apologetic. She even removed the meal from my bill and gave me a baked potato. She also thought it was important that the manager knows about this. After speaking to the manager and discussing the lack of items on the menu for vegan/​vegetarian and patrons he said that it would probably be better that I contact corporate because they would probably listen to me more than they would listen to him. This kind of felt like a cop out and that he was passing the buck. Come on dude, it’s a simple email to the upper management with some simple suggestions. Applebee’s is a huge chain and there are over 16 million vegan/vegetarian’s now in the US. That’s a large amount of people that are left out and not considered.

We just went there for lunch and we parked in the to go pickup. We put our order in and we waited in the car. She brought it out to us when it was ready! So cool so easy.

When we were being seated, Anthony was going to put us at a table and chairs and we asked if we could have a booth so he gladly cleaned one up for us.
Candice is our waitress. She is really good. We had our favorite…4 cheese Mac and honey pepper chicken. It was really good. We ordered salted Carmel pretzel

Great experience! Fantastic service! Food was very good. Only possible issue was with the wedge salad my wife had (too heavy on the dressing).The waitress was amazing, even dated our to go boxes. Recommended!

Our waitress «Tammy L» was GREAT from beginning of service to end!!! Very friendly, pleasant and constantly coming to check on our table and other in her area. Food was great! Will definitely come back! Hopefully she’ll be our server again!

Very lovely. Our server, Tammy, was such a sweetie! And the hostess was ON IT! The place was clean as a whistle, and everybody was so great. The salad was good, but I recommend getting more parmesean and dressing on the side (not ON the salad… gets a bit soggy after a convo). Perfect portions were served and laughter and good times were had. Pleasant.

Rounding third on a very very special date night with the wife :) so Leeann’s staff here at Applebee’s doesn’t mess around when it comes to hospitality we were greeted immediately and seated in the bar where we were hoping to end up, the late night happy hour is priced just right and the appetizers are ½ price that always sounds good in the late evening ! All in all for Applebee’s it’s just what the doctor ordered for a final destination before heading home for the dessert ! «Giggidy»

Probably should’ve read the reviews before choosing this place for dinner. Never mind the waitresses name because apparently she’s not the only one. She was rude, forgot our food twice and never came to refill any of the empty drinks at our table. When we finally asked what happened to our appetizer for the 3^rd time she brought it after we finished our dinner. She then proceeded to make a joke by saying «here’s your dessert» which was hot wings. I didn’t laugh and I should’ve complained to the manager Kyle. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I will never return to this business.

We were very happy with this location.
Got the boneless wings, hot of course.
And the chicken quesadilla.
This is the first time trying the tomato and basil soup, very good taste.
My wife’s friend got the wedge salad, sorry I took her to the market broiler, so she said it was not that good, but good.
Her kids enjoyed their lunch, I believe a cheeseburger and fries and a turkey sandwich and fries.
Everyone enjoyed their food.
Server was on point. Sorry don’t remember her name, I do try though.

I don’t know what has changed about Applebee’s in the last few months, but we just ate here it was the nastiest food I have eaten in a long time, small portions, had weird taste and overpriced! Don’t waste your time unless your going in just for drinks!

The worst place ever. The food was over cooked and the service was bad. Our server Ciara was nice in the beginning but changed throughout our visit. We were there celebrating but that turned out to be a drag. Then to top it off the manager came over and addressed us only which made us feel like we were being pointed out and yet no other customers there were never addressed the way we were. Never again would I go to a Applebee’s in the future. I only went there because I was given a gift card but that place is bad news. If you ever in that area go to another restaurant because you just might get profiled by some of the staff.

So my husband and i decided to go here for a nice «kid free dinner»
BIG MISTAKE!
The lady that attended us was rude, didnt really check on us.
we waited 45 mins for our food and when our food finally came out my husbands food was wrong!
They took it back made it right.
After 5 seconds of being done with our food, the waitress came and brought our check. So we rushed out and left.
Dont come here!

Most of the time when I go to Applebee’s it is because I am looking to get out of making dinner and this location is really close to my house. The service is always spotty here and I am always thirsty waiting for my drink to be refilled.
