I came in yesterday and the employees were very rude. The girl in the blue shirt was really impolite and didn’t thank us, and the girl in the orange shirt with fake blonde bangs was obviously irritated when I asked her for sample cups. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to Hesperia for the pleasant employees and better quality of frozen yogurt at Menchie’s

Went to support a teams fundraiser while we were eating a team member ran in in a fuss saying call randy they put flyers up then one got on the phone and she could be heard saying it’s done it’s canceled but I need to take pics for proof. More was said that I don’t want to say but I will say that this place was very disrespectful you don’t talk about a team while supports are sitting in the shop and we spent over $ 20 and now that team will receive nothing because flyers were put out how do you expect to get the word out for a fundraiser

When they first opened, they were a great little spot with lots of delicious flavors and great toppings. Now their flavors are a hit or miss and some of their candy toppings are a generic brand and you can tell the difference. Unfortunately, it’s no longer one of our favorite yogurt spots so we’ll drive elsewhere when craving delicious yogurt.

Why is the MUSIC(if you can cal it that) so LOUD!!! This is a very very small place and you can not hear yourself think Its not all that clean(chairs were not clean and the bathroom was«OK» but not very clean We go here because the yogurt is good We would like to sit outside(to get away from the music) but there are never enough chairs or tables(they charge more if you sit inside) They need to do something with this place! I think it could be much better

Just tried this place for the first time last week and it was amazing! The blond girl with the glasses working the register was so sweet and kind I’ll definetly be coming back because of the great service I received.

Yogurt was good, not very bad. It seems though every time I go there they change their flavors So its like a once in a lifetime taste lol. Overall, they need a bigger selection of flavors, and toppings.

Coming from The Heights area, I really missed all the Asian-infused food. I was happy to see the mochi and mango boba burst as toppings. Try a pineapple and vanilla mix. It’s delicious. :)

I LOVE yogurt and Nubi is by far the best yogurt shop. I drive almost a half hour from my house for it. Tons of toppings and the best flavors. Friendly workers(usually the same ones each time we go). Cheapest yogurt I’ve found anywhere, well worth my drive. 100% RECOMMEND. I always show up around 5 minutes before closing time lol.

All kids love coming here to pick out their toppings and their flavor! I always get a table outside because they always have them in the shade and the kids love to run around after they eat their fill of frozen yogurt. I like that they are on the end so I don’t worry about traffic or the kids getting into the street because a big hill is the perfect protection.

Was amazing when first opened. Now its dirty and they don’t put out all of the fresh cold toppings that they used to. Either they are out or too lazy to actually do their jobs. And the dry toppings run out or are almost empty and they don’t refill them. Seriously this job must be very easy and yet its hard for them to stay on top of things!

A friend told me to try this place rather than tutti fruiti. This place was a disgusting mess. Not much flavors. The trays looked like they weren’t cleaned all day with stuff scattered everywhere. Won’t come here again.

A nice little place. The flavor and topping selection is always awesome, they’re always willing to give you a sample of the flavors you may not be familiar with. The staff is nice enough, too — I’ve been stranded out in Apple Valley a couple times, and they always let me hang out there and mooch off of their wi-fi until my ride arrives. So why the absent star? Listening to them greet and thank customers is like listening to robots. Kindness is great, but I’d like to see a smile that doesn’t look glued on.

The store closes at 10 I walked in the door at 9:57 they said they were closed. Bad move Nubi’s, have some integrity and honor your store hours. Otherwise they have good yogurt and good toppings.

I went in here and asked for a job application and the girls that were working literally rolled their eyes at me and barked that they don’t. I think they didn’t want me to take their jobs, obviously they weren’t doing them well.

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been craving the simplest thing: VANILLA yogurt. Please tell me why you don’t have such a standard flavor at all times. My poor husband has driven down there 2 different times, a few weeks apart to get me plain ol’ vanilla yogurt with no success. Stupid!

Apparently, it’s best not to show up 45 minutes before they close. It was Friday, 9:15pm, they close at TEN. All the rugs were rolled up and placed on top of seats so as to deter any late night patrons from sitting on them. The kids table and chairs were dangerously and delicately balanced on top of a bench so as to deter any would be kids from enjoying their frozen treat on them. People kept rolling in and out to the dismay of the two workers who looked like they wish they had closed at 8pm and were already where they wanted to be. Sitting at the bench with a family of four enjoying some frozen yogurt there were three passes with a broom trying to clean up. The tables and chairs in front of the building were already stacked to deter patrons from sitting on them. Poor customer service filled the air as an Apple Valley High School football game must of let out and teenagers stumbled in making even more of mess to the dismay of the two girls working. Maybe close earlier? Maybe just close and allow a yogurt place that is interested in sales and customer service to replace Nubi? Either way, we will make the extra drive or swing by the store and spend our money somewhere else next time. However, I don’t think it will be to the disappointment of this establishment or their employees.

I have not been to Nubi for some time. I was a bit disappointed. They are letting it go. The tables were not clean. The outside tables were unstable. I understand it is hard for a business to stay 100% up — and they not. I hope it improves to Nubi former glory.

Nubi is one of those places that you say«well okaaaaaaaay, i guess we’ll go». Although the selection of toppings and yogurts is pretty diverse and always fresh, it’s just so random. The parking is horrific, its so small, even with 5 people inside it’s packed. The employees are just lame and foul and not into customer service at all, the coupons are always expired, you really never know how much you’re going to spend and the seating is horrible. But if you don’t mind those things, it’s pretty good.

We went here last night after eating Hawaiian next door and getting a 20% off coupon. Front outside it looks nice and new but inside is run down looking. It has the same bright colors, bubble chairs and set up as others but everything is a bit scuffed up, like they bought the enterior and décor off some old shop closing down. They had a selection of about 10 flavors, mostly you usuals, two of which sorbets, two tart, plain chocolate was the best which is unusual for me, some were gross. We tried a few first and thought should have been enough to know its just not going to cut it here. Most of the flavors were very watery, causing a huge mess each time I tried to sample. I paid $ 2 with coupon for a tiny little cup with no toppings. I think thats more than needed, go elsewhere to fulfill your craving.
