This place is dangerous. There was this guy at the dining area watching porn w sound loud on… And then he goes to play ground to watch kids play… Soooo creepy. I took my kids and just left. Never returning here again.

Without a doubt this is THE SLOWEST fast food restaurant anywhere. Order was placed at 2:36 and FINALLY AFTER 20 minutes I had my order. Seriously Corp should seems this crew to Hamburger

Hair in the fries. 30 min drive through. Seriously a hair in the fries. Hair in the fries. Black hair in the fries. Black employees, black curly hair in the fries. Black person hair in the fries. Hair in the fries. Afro hair clipping in the French fries. Waste of $ 10 and 30 min I had to stop eating. I threw it away. I almost threw up. Black hair in the French fries. Health inspection health inspection health inspection. Black hair in fries.

So what part of No-​Cheese means to these people? I waited 10 minutes in line to get this double cheese? The last time I checked I was speaking English and not German! The burger has its «Hot. fresh Just you!» But, it look like some over night patty that got reheated «burnt!». I don’t usually like to write review but this really ticking my nerve.

Terrible service. Waited 5 minutes for food that was all ready but staff wanted to just talk. Cold burger equals total fail.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have every been too and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. They do not have deals the other McDonald’s in the area does and EVERy single time I’ve gone there my order has been wrong or they forgot something.

Due to the proximity of the brand new Mcdonalds tour our house, combined with having a 4 year old whole loves to get happy meals every now and then, we have wound up here a few times since opening. The first visit was an atrocious experience, culminating with terribly long waits (and it wasn’t busy), and limp, undercooked fries that they just couldn’t seem to get right no matter how many times they tried.
The second visit was on a Sunday afternoon for a quick meal after church, and the place was still a train wreck. It took 20 minutes just to get a very basic order, and the line just piled up quickly as they couldn’t seem to get anything together.
Recently, the place has gotten marginally better, but honestly, if I just have to go to a Mcdonalds, I’d rather drive a few minutes more and hit up the one in downtown Apopka. Maybe after a few more months, they will get it all figured out.

This is about the 4^th time we have had crappy cold food from this BRAND NEW joint. its always been between 12 and 1. the busy lunch hour. you would think the food would turn over faster and be fresh, or at least hot under the heat lamps. Mcdonalds is famous for their Fry’s. at least don’t screw that up every time. i will wait 5mins for fresh Fry’s. not the old, cold dark brown crap you have been serving. it was 1230 today when we got our food. no excuse for cold out dated food. no stars

Brand new McDonald’s same old employees but now it does not matter if you come inside to order they still give you what they want to. You would be better off say I have 10 dollars surprise me cause you sure not getting what you want. Better yet go somewhere else like Wendy’s next door bad thing this is a corp. owned store guess they don’t give a care.
