As with basically every Subway ever, the experience rises and falls with whomever is working behind the counter during your visit. It’s a cat and mouse game that grows tiresome, but we keep going in, fully cocked, hoping to win by encountering a generous worker. «Winning» has nothing to do with any skill on the customer’s part, because a stingy employee will absolutely end the game. On a good day, I’ll get a nice helping of whatever it is I’m ordering. On not-so-good days, I’ll have to deal with someone who makes no effort to fill my sandwich. Leaving me to either sigh in mock frustration and ask for more, or go with EVERYTHING, forcing said employee to pack the bread one way or another. Let’s just break this down in simple terms: It’s bullshit and it makes me not want to even go to a Subway anymore. But that’s life.

I was very disappointed with the service. A lady and a gentleman where at the counter and after he took my order he had her prepare my sandwich. Neither one of them were friendly at all. Serious and stiff all the time. She was very dry and robot-like. Didn’t smile once, even though I smile frequently and was as friendly as I could be without being annoying. Once my sandwich was done it was poorly wrapped in the paper with all of its components showing and unprotected on the sides. She just put in the bag and did not care. Flavor wise the sandwich was good but it’s hard to go wrong with that, after all, they all follow the same protocol. Not planning on going back.
