Stopped in to visit with an old friend. Saw a display for their ‘new’ Andes mint shake so grabbed one. Thing was AWESOME! It could have used a spoon with it as the mint pieces makes the shake thicker than usual. I hesitated with the three-star and almost went with two due to a staff member outside taking a break… smoking right by my window and spraying what I assumed was insect spray on the eaves above him. And then not a few minutes later he was gone and spotted back in the kitchen. I sure hope he washed his hands. Other than the above, the staff at the counter was friendly and the place looked pretty clean. If I happen to be back in the area I’d stop by if not just for that mint shake.

Arby’s is gross! I can’t believe anyone likes the food here. I have never had a decent roast beef sandwich here and I probably never will. I have given them three tries and I just do not like the food.

Got a small soda and an order of onion rings. $ 4.50(well Arbys is always kinds expensive for fast food). The soda’s mix was off so it was basically soda water and there were 4(yes a total of 4) onion rings in the order.

Haven’t had Arby’s for a quite awhile and we had never been to this particular Arby’s before today. WORSTFOODANDSERVICEEVER!!! The man at the drive-thru was unfriendly, slow and rude. He gave us the wrong drink. He gave us the wrong change. The food was cold and OLD-tasting, the buns were stale. I know fast-food restaurants give the old food to the drive-thru people — I should have learned my lesson long ago. I’ve never had really terrible food at an Arby’s before — but this one sucks. Will never go back.

Oh Arbys! The other day we went to Arbys again with hopes that we would be able to eat there in a hurry. I know that the previous experience at Arbys should have warned us that Arbys and hurry should not be in the same sentence. Well we arrived at Arbys and were the only people there. It took them almost 20 minutes to make our food. Seriously??? Well I still like the food, but if we go again I will need to make time to spend a lot of time waiting for my food.

You know the commercial for GHRN syndrome? Yeah — I’ve been having a craving for a Reuben and thought I’d check it out. Well, my Gotta Have a Reuben Now craving was fixed to — I wish I didn’t get that Reuben because it really doesn’t measure up. Also, I recently tried the angus philly cheesesteak — no thank you to that too… way too salty and the toasted bread was burnt — so I’m trying to figure out if they tried to hide the burnt bread with the condiments or by overseasoning the sandwich. On the plus side, the staff seems friendlier these days. I take back the statement from my previous review about Arby’s being Arby’s — they’re obviously not all the same.

They tend to forget things if you go through the drive-thru so be sure to double check before driving off! Their sanitation score of 94 should say it all. I’m thinking Arby’s? Maybe not! Plus they got rid of the jalepeno poppers… Nothing good to get here anymore besides the always tasty jamoca shake!
