As far as Panera goes, this is a good spot. Always clean, order is always right, and staff is friendly. I like Panera because I feel like it’s one of the healthier fast-​ish food options. I do wish there were more locations but this is the closest to us and we often swing in for lunch or dinner.

When I am craving soup this is where I always go. Their black bean soup is really good.
Today I had the pick 2 with black bean soup and the new turkey kale panini. Both were delicious. I give them 2 .
You can always rely on Panera to have consistently good food. I have never had a problem.

I haven’t been to a Panera’s in a long time, but I was close to this one so I thought I would stop in for lunch. Wow. I asked for no avocado on my Cobb salad because I’m allergic to it. Not only did they make sure I didn’t get avocado but the manger even had the salad person change gloves. Never had anyone do that before. Part of the reason I quit going to Panera’s where I used to live was because they could never seem to remember no avocado & dressing on the side. Will definitely be back.

Not a place to telecommute or use the Internet for anything. Wifi is slow if working at all. This has been a problem for almost six months now.

I like Panera for when I am looking for a quick bite to eat, service is always quick and the food is good. They started a new thing where you can order from a tablet instead of at the counter.
I always opt for the You Pick Two, this time I got the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and French Onion Soup (two of my favorites) with an apple as my side. I do think that the prices have gotten a bit steep though.

I had a gift card so I was forced into going into Panera. I was extremely disappointed because they messed up my order, not once, but twice. I didn’t really think it was that hard to make a turkey, cheese, and lettuce sandwich. The first problem was the girl wrong it up wrong and then the man still wasn’t listening to what I wanted. Thank goodness for manager who ended giving me a full refund, but its kinda ridiculous that a turkey sandwich was about 10 dollars.

I’m not a big fan of the steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.
Really didn’t have any taste. They encouraged us to use the kiosk to order because it was faster and I really think it took us twice as long to order.
Panera is ok but not my favorite.

Truly I would like to give Panera at Beaver Creek a better review but in all honesty I can’t. I haven’t yet had an order done correctly and after 4 tries I’ve given up. Management was all here’s a few coupons. What good is a few coupons if you can’t get the order correct.
I’ve contacted corporate to tell them of my disappointment and was told the district manager would be in touch to understand my dissatisfaction it’s been over a month and still haven’t heard from him either.
There are to many other good places that value their customers and make every effort to ensure your order is correct for me to have to deal with the frustration of getting incomplete or wrong orders.

I would like to have given them a better review except for the mistake they made on my take out order. On any other day, I would have been fine but on this day I could eat a horse. Ordered 2 Pick 2 with soups.
I was in a hurry to leave that I didn’t check the takeout bag. After reaching home, I found out that they missed out a soup and that left a bad taste.
I would give this place another shot and revisit the rating. For now, it stays at 1 star for bad customer experience.
Bottom line: Disappointment

My advice, always check the amount of coffee in tour latte! They almost always need filled more because they literally put 1⁄3 foam on top! Ugggh!

Always busy every Panera I have ever been too… but they do move you along pretty well. The new Broth Bowels are very good, have tried both varieties at this location and another. Hard to find low carb here, but they do offer an apple versus chips or bread. Nice touch.

Come in and overpay for a sandwich and only get to use the wifi for a half hour! Awesome, not like they could just get good wifi or anything.

The place is clean and I’ve always been able to find a table (in the evenings at least) and the staff are very friendly and courteous. The two complaints are the price – almost all bakery items are over $ 2, even small-​ish cupcakes, and the wi-​fi, which is *abysmal*. It is as slow as dialup and cuts out from time to time. I’ve thought this might be a deliberate (and understandable) policy on the part of the managers to prevent people from owning a 4-​top and camping out all night nursing a cup of coffee, but I’ve been told that this isn’t the case, rather it’s a question of old equipment. In any case, don’t even think of watching any kind of streaming video here. It also takes a long time for the initial connection.
There’s no good reason for this, so, Panera managers, here’s the deal: set up decent wi-​fi and I’ll come back and add a star to my rating (and update this review). If you need to manage users on the network, do it by (further) limiting session time.

The food is tasty (for the most part). However, I am always disappointed by the sandwiches. They are skimpy with every ingredient but the condiments.
The salads are always very good.
It is also VERY pricey for what you get. You can’t get out of there for under $ 12 per person. And $ 6 for the kids meal is outrageous! It doesn’t even come with a drink. The portion for the money is terrible.
My daughter loves their Mac and cheese. Otherwise, I would never go here again.
Their bakery items are yummy though!

The beautiful part of taking your kids to school early is; after dropping them off I can take some alone time at Panera! It’s pretty quiet this early with just a handful of other customers like myself, just relaxing before we start our day. Staff was very friendly, brought out fresh coffee as I came in.

I love Panera food!
This location is usually busy and with any busy place you have the unfortunate responsibility of checking your food before you leave. I stopped in to pick up a baguette, didn’t check it and it turned out that half of it was burnt — I learned my lesson!
Other than that the employees are alway nice and the dining area is kept clean. The food is the same for the franchise so it’s hard to mess that up and the prices are… pricey, but the dang bread keeps me coming back!

I go there about once a month to pickup a bakers dozen of bagels to take home for the family. Sometimes I grab a to-​go lunch while I am there. The bagels are always good (only complaint is when they slice them sometimes the coating comes off the cinnamon crunch bagels and garlic or onions or stuff on the blades gets put on my bagels and when I am expecting sweet I get a strong, bad flavor).
The last sandwich I got was soggy and the insides were only on less than half. It was basically a soggy bread sandwich.
Today I went and got a salad and they only gave me enough dressing for about half and there were a lot of the white stem parts of the lettuce in it.
I will keep going back for bagels but I wont buy anything else again.
