Molly Maid of Cary

Scheduled a deep-​clean, whole house cleaning. Was charged quite high — more than your average house cleaning fee. The results were just not professional and thorough.

I have used Molly Maid twice now and could not be happier.
Rewind to a month ago, our future Unilocal Elite baby decided to arrive two weeks early, and with family flying in from out of town, I was in a panic and my home was in disarray. I called around to many places, all who were unable to come in last minute. I really just wanted the bare minimum done– floors and bathrooms– just so my house was presentable for the out of towners. Lots of services I called weren’t willing/​able to provide minimal services either.
I finally called Molly Maid and pleaded my case. There were two fabulous girls who had finished their day, but were willing to come out for one more job to help me out. They took their time, and while I wanted just the bare minimum cleaned, when they left, everything looked brand new. They were very thorough and did not skimp on the bathrooms or floors. The price for what they did could not be beat!
I ended up hiring Molly Maids on a monthly basis to help keep my sanity in check. I added on wiping down kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Again, pricing was completely reasonable, they are really able to personalize what fits your needs and budget. The team that arrived today was just as thorough and efficient. I also got a rundown of the products they use via email so I knew my countertops would be cleaned appropriately.
The other thing I love is that given I have a rambunctious new born, and a rambunctious English Bulldog, Molly Maids calls me 15 minutes before they arrive so I can get the dog and baby settled. While there is a window they give for when they arrive (for me it’s between 12 and 2) getting that 15 minute time check really helps me not having to look out the window every 5 minutes.
Love these guys and cannot promote them enough!

The two ladies who cleaned our Apex house after we moved out did a fantastic job. They arrived on time (even 10 minutes early!) and very efficiently did a full top-​to-​bottom scour in the time that had been budgeted. I highly recommend Molly Maid.
