Sent a Charlie Brown poster to be framed. After being charged almost $ 400, and promised it would ready before christmas, we received a phone voicemail message being the artwork was damaged. Then we were told in another voicemail they would take some money off. Then we were told via another voicemail they ordered a new poster off the internet. At no time did I speak to the staff or agree to this. When I finally had the time to call the person in framing told they would take 20% off. When I asked where did they buy this from I was told the internet. So the bottom line is the artwork I purchase ten years ago from a gallery while on a family vacation is damaged. They took it on themselves to buy something off the internet with no paperwork therefore no way of knowing if it’s fake. And they still asking me to pay $ 350 for this. I took our poster for framing to preserve it because of its sentimental value. At no point did I authorize this company to purchase a replacement. When I did call to tell them I did want to pay for a replacement and just wanted my now damaged artwork and money back, I was told I would need to speak to a manager. I was forced to call credit card company to intervene.

On a recent trip to the area I found some great art supplies for my 5 yr old granddaughter. She was happy, so Grandpa was happy. AC Moore and excellent selection and service, too. I’d shop here again.

I just went to the A.C. Moore in Beaver Creek and the selection was fine, but the customer service was awful! The clerk who checked us out was rude as rude can be! She talked to my grandmother as if she was the dumbest person in the world. I can assume she did not get her degree at Harvard, so unless she did she should not have the nerve to talk to anyone like she did. Now we spent a good amount of money there and I felt like we should have gone back in to return every bit of it! I will now be either going to Michaels or to a different A.C. Moore! Never again the one in Beaver Creek!

Been to this location numerous times now and the customer service is below average. I am not Martha Stewart and need some help around AC Moore… I have asked associates, once I found one after 5 – 10 minutes, where a product is, and they either dont know what I am talking about, or try to «point» in the direction. I feel like I am at Walmart :) Which I try not to go to if i don’t have to. I would suggest that the management staff try to teach their employees to be more«customer friendly».
