Payless Shoe Source

I was looking for a specific kind of shoe to give to my niece for her 4^th birthday, she’d never had her own pair of light up tennis shoes before! To make a long story short, the girl who’d helped me that mornings name was Sara and she was awesome! She made sure I was walking out the door with exactly what I’d been looking for. She answered the phone as soon as I called, checked the inventory so she could verify I wasn’t gonna waste my time driving there if i didnt need to and when she had the pair of tennis shoes I needed on hold for me at the counter she made sure to grab a size up, just in case. Plus they were on sale! Yayyyy Payless and their lovely Saturday morning staff :]

FABULOUS customer service. We were greeted when we walked in, and the associate assisted us with our purchase and was very attentive and friendly.

Decent shoes at great prices when my kids outgrow them so fast. I often get decent shoes for myself as well. My biggest gripe is that EVERY TIME I go in to the Lone Tree Way location in Antioch, there is a women who works there who comments/​asks that I am babysitting my kids today? Ma’am just ’cause I am dad who is bringing his 3 kids in for shoes does not make me a babysitter or giving mama a day off. Its called being a parent! Stop insulting dads.

Good news = cheap shoes.
Bad news = cheap shoes.
Save money when buying, but most of the shoes we’ve got here just don’t last very long, so we buy them twice.

Once again here is a place where I can get more for less. We had bought 3 pair of shoes for our little ones and the total came up to 35 bucks. Ok ok yea they are not name brand but they are good quality and my kids are little are this works great.

The service here was amazing couldn’t ask for anything more! The worker was very friendly and nice and letting us know about all the deals/​sales they had. Most defiantly coming back! Hey, might even apply to work here.

I have always had positive experiences at this location.
The people who work there have always been beyond helpful to me and very accommodating. One time I couldn’t find my size on the rack for a shoe I really liked and the employee who was working that night, smiled, said «Hold on» was gone for about 5 minutes and emerged from the back with my size in shoes.
I was beyond ecstatic. This wasn’t the first time they were super helpful with helping me find the perfect shoe. I find that the handbags and accessories are pretty much the same kind of qualities are the shoes are: inexpensive, but Payless has been updating their styles a lot lately. Which is wonderful because I’m always able to find a cute, inexpensive shoe for whatever the occasion may call for.
I’ve never had to wait really long at the cashier nor have been badgered to buy more items due to pushy salesman. The employee’s warm and friendly nature makes me feel comfortable going in alone (hello anxiety!) and they always let me know when they’re expecting a new shipment in if I can’t find what I’m looking for. Sometimes it just doesn’t hurt to ask.
The store is also impeccably clean. All of the shoes are in the correct place in terms of their size, style and location, the floors are clean, and the place is probably the most immaculate looking in terms of the Payless franchise.
You genuinely can’t beat the BOGO deal and if you have the opportunity to take advantage of it, go for it! I’ve never regretted it. :)

This is a nice sized store with a good selection of products. My wife loves the BOGO sales!
