Baskin-Robbins

I received the worst service ever at this location. It was a Sunday, hot busy evening in there non the less but every Baskin Robins I’ve been too We’ve been greeted and treated well but this time my boyfriend and I waited in line like everybody else was. when it came our turn to order we had no idea it was even our turn. The ‘Shift Lead’ just stood there looking at us with an ugly look on her face. When my boyfriend proceeded to ask to try a flavor agian… nothing. No noise no response no answer. So i started to order my ice cream i looked at her. she said nothing and gave me a dirty look. i started to say «Can i have A…» and before i could finish she said «what?!» okay first of all i wasn’t done ordering and second if you were paying attention to me you would of heard me the first time. This got me really upset not only is her attitude crap she’s suppose to be a leader and treats customers very rudely? I ordered a 31 below ice cream and i watched her along with 2 other workers take my ice cream in the back room. for what reason she had to go back there didn’t make anysense and when they all came out everyone of them was smiling like she spit or put something into my ice cream cup. i declined to take the ice cream and my boyfriend told her nicely to help another customer. I will never return to this location unless its to watch her get fired.

I went to this location yesterday and was very pleased with the service I received. I was immediately greeted and after I ordered, the man who helped me asked if I am allergic to nuts. I can’t have whole nuts or chunks of nuts, so I really appreciated that. It is a great question to ask, especially since so many people have nut allergies. I will definitely be going back again and I hope this location stays there for a very long time.

The fact that this store closes 30 minutes prior to the time it is really supposed to
close. False advertisement to say the least.

I was like a kid at a candy store! It was hot and wanted some ice cream so we decided to stop by this Baskin Robbins before watching a movie. Service was great! The young man behind the counter let us try everything our little hearts desired! They had many yummy flavors and I ended up getting «Baseball Nut» with a waffle cone. It was basically strawberry swirl with cashews! I’d definitely go back to a BR again on a hot summer day! Have your spoons ready!

Pretty great. I just came here with my boyfriend so he could get himself a sundae. I believe he got the Oreos sundae… or maybe it was the chocolate chip sundae? Whatever it was, it was SUPER good. I stole some bites here and there. The fudge is AMAZING.

I couldn’t help myself. It was so damn hot today, I went to Baskin Robbins after my morning workout. Yup. I’m a fatty. A fatty who’s trying to say cool in this hellish weather!
No worries. My workout didn’t go completely to waste. I only got a regular soft serve cone for 88 cents. I thought it was going to be this dinky serving for that amount, but I watched the lady swirl and swirl and swirl my cone… I thought to myself, «When will the madness stop?!?»
The swirl ended up being about 5 inches tall. For 88 cents, that’s a steal in my book.
I was happy and cool. Having an extra 4 bucks in my pocket was the real treat.
