Went in for a trim. No wait, was out in 20 minutes with a great cut. Will def go back. Plus it was the cheapest haircut I have ever received!

I moved to New River late last summer. I’ve been to this Great Clips three times. The time before last a tall Hispanic lady named Patty cut my hair. When I got home I did my usual checking for flaws that needed a touch up, but my haircut was as close to perfect as I could imagine (especially considering my less than perfect hair and head). Yesterday I went back and had Patty cut my hair again and the result was the same. Those are two of the best haircuts I’ve ever received! I highly recommend this salon and Patty in particular. I recommend downloading the Great Clips app and checking in online which will minimize the wait.

They ruined my hair! I asked for it a little shorter around my face and they cut a HUGE chunk from one side of my head — about 3 – 4 inches wide! I got it cut because I had an interview the next day. I was in tears all day. It took two hours and three calls to even get the manager to call me back. They refused to pay for me to get it fixed elsewhere, insisting instead that I let them try and cut it again — NO THANKS.

I took my nephews here and I now see that they do not have any experience cutting ethnic hair. I just moved here and now I have to look for a place that can cut ethnic hair.
