Went in because I was very sick and was told very rudely there was a three hour wait.
Asked to make an appt with my doctor Monday, it was Saturday, and was told I could get in with him 20 days later. Um what? I’m sick! This is not a checkup! What a joke, how much worse

Honor Immediate Care took over John C Lincoln Gavilan Peak Family Practice. The staff seems overworked, hence not particularly friendly, and the waits are way too long.
I seriously thought about driving myself to the emergency room because with each hour it was clear they weren’t following a first in-​first out plan for immediate care, nor one that put people with a serious condition first.
Overall cleanliness of the waiting room was also deteriorated from past experience with the provider. The floor had black stains and it had not rained.
A redeeming aspect is that the doctors and physician assistants are very caring and good at what they do and exude kindness.

Gavilan Peak Honor Health Immediate Care slow service.
Used Immediate Care for a fever on Monday afternoon 10÷12÷15, 3 hour wait because they only had one doctor on duty. The care from the doctor was exceptional and he provided appropriate prescription and shot to remedy my situation.
What’s disappointing is that this has been my families norm for service when using their Immediate Care services. In seeking out other Honor Health providers, non of them post their average patient wait times which is disappointing since they collect this info.
Another disappointing fact is that Honor Health has no patient feedback system, the only feedback mechanism is Google, Unilocal,etc. They must not care what their patients think of their service, and obviously don’t need their input to improve.

I went into Immediate Care just after Independence Day this year with what I was sure was pneumonia. I was able to see the doctor in a reasonable time and he ordered a chest X-​ray and after viewing it, ordered a CT scan (without contrast) at their Sonoran facility which to him confirmed the pneumonia. They called me back in the same day to get me started on the meds that I needed. I only wish that he had ordered the CT scan with contrast as that would have shown the real problem, which was a pulmonary embolism. It wasn’t until three weeks later when my pulmonologist ordered the scan with contrast that my real problem was found. Then all of my symptoms made sense. So I would have to say that they have good customer service in getting you in to see a doctor, but as in any medical facility they can miss things if they don’t order the right tests.

We are from Louisiana visiting friends and I needed to see a doctor quickly on Mother’s Day. Immediate care in Athem– Gavilán peak family practice was excellent. Although I was bumped due to a woman walking in who was hit by a car and bleeding while jogging, I didn’t mind. I was in and out in about 1 hour. Receptionist was caring and helpful. Doctor listened and took care of my needs. Thank you for saving my trip
