I am a PCA for a special needs man and I had an issue with the young man taking the order. The employee misunderstood the order and when I tried to correct him he became argumentative and refused to change the order and when I tried to insist he completely ignored me. He made my client very uncomfortable and anxious and he is still upset about his experience 4 hours later. Even if the food was the best in the area it’s not worth being treated like that.

I and my husband got lunch. At the Anoka, MN Hardys on 7^th Ave, Anoka, MN 55 303… I haven’t eaten there in probably 20 years… I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. … The burger itself was burned and so dry… I always.
OK, I am not the above person, by the Unilocal review wasn’t finished yet and please understand, I mean NO disrespect… My husband and I went to Arbee’s in Anoka today. My first time in, like 20 years… Anyway, the burgers were burnt, and the jalapeño poppers all tasted burnt.. All Be it, we were there early and before noon, the burgers should have been fresh since «breakfast. Was over» Very Bad Experience!”…

Employes noticed I walked in, but continue their chatting amongst themselves. I felt like I was a problem, not a buyer…
They spoke to me in a rude fast paced manner, and took almost ten minutes to make a single burger and fries… I was the only person inside, I guess others learned to stay away. As do I know now.
I will not return to this place.

9 minutes to get a burger at 1230 PM and I was the only person in line. That should be the end of the review.
Store also charges an upgrade to get a salad instead of fries. Every Hardees/Carls Jr. I have been to in numerous other states does it for free.
Coke products but no Coke Zero another Hardees staple not at the Minnesota locations.
Another national chain ruined by the no competition mindset in Minnesota.
Disappointed.
