I kind of don’t want you to know about this place because they’re that good! Stopped in on a Saturday after shuffling through multiple reviews, etc., and shopping around. Anoka is not close to me, but I’ll drive anywhere for good quality and good service. Dropped off four pieces for appraisal and replating of my wedding ring. Cyrea explained it all beforehand and wasn’t offended in the least when I asked what her experience was in the field. Not that I questioned it, I was just curious. Picked my stuff up today and it was all done and done well! She gave me a «tour» of all of her custom items as she knew that’s what I was interested in — but I asked her to just point me in the direction. She offered her time and went beyond just merely pointing me in the direction. I appreciated that. It’s all about building relationships and producing a quality product. Great job and thanks!

We traded at Gould’s for many years. On our twenty-​fifth anniversary, my wife decided she wanted new rings, and ordered one there. The owner told her that a new ring for me (a simple tungsten carbide one) would be $ 200, so when her ring was ready she hauled me down there to get sized. The young clerk told us my ring would be $ 600. He was dismissive of the estimate she’d received and said the owner wasn’t there. He seemed to think that since she’d just bought a ring we were so invested in the process that we’d just pay. We ordered the same ring off the internet for less than their original estimate.

My husband and I just returned from Gould’s Jewelry Store. To make a long story short, the clerk was very short and rude to us… basically shaming me for not bringing my bracelet RIGHT back after it had broken. They had just fixed it but made it too tight and there was not enough give. It doesn’t matter that the reason was my father-​in-​law had a massive stroke and ended up passing away. She doesn’t know that and she doesn’t probably care. I don’t know how this person works in customer service because she just chased us away and we will never come back. That’s too bad for them since my husband buys ALOT of jewelry for me and his mother. We will just go back to buying at Scheherazade. This women had long, waist length hair and wouldn’t give us her name… she was too busy yelling at us. I’ve never seen anyone so rude who works in a customer service job.

I needed my engagement ring appraised (for insurance purposes) I called Gould’s. they got me in right away. Same day. I was able to sit down with the appraisers. He was VERY informative. And, accurate if I might add. I gave him very little information. Because, I really didn’t have much info on my ring. It was purchased in pieces. The center stone separate from the band, and trillion stones. He was also very helpful in giving me a list if questions I might not think to ask when buying an insurance rider for my ring. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service at Gould’s.
