Stayed two month, December through February. The staff continually went out of their way to make us feel at home, from employees at the reception desk, kitchen, and maintenance, they were all exceptional. The room was clean and well maintained. They have three outdoor sections where you can take your pet(s) and also have disposable baggies and container to use in each area. Hot breakfast buffet each morning, and three nights a week they had the«mix» which started at 6pm. Unlimited«free» beer, wine and food. We usually went on Tuesdays as that’s the day it’s a full meal(burgers, chicken sandwiches, bratwurst, or meatball subs to name a few), Mondays and Wednesdays there were usually lighter type fare(Chips, deserts, etc.) although Vocelli pizza made a visit one night with a couple dozen pizza’s :-) One day the staff surprised us with a one month anniversary basket for our newborn son, they didn’t have to do that but it shows the length they go to make their guests feel welcome and appreciated. The location is close to major shopping centers in Annapolis. I highly recommend this establishment and was very glad we stayed there.

Great location, clean room, but what bugged me the most was not the fact that the water coming out of the shower was brown, or that they don’t have evening receptions on Thursdays, nor that I didn’t feel like they went out of their way to provide me with an upgrade suited for a high elite rewards member like myself BUT it was being in building 1 above the main lobby/front desk that bothered me the most. It wasn’t until I woke up at the middle of the night that I heard the workers who worked downstairs using their outdoor voices, laughing and playing loud music and watching television. Luckily I woke up in the middle of the night to head out but for other people this could be annoying. That being said, the lack of consideration to keeping noise level down during a time of day where people are trying to rest is why I probably will not be coming back.

Love this place. We came here for a short vacation to Annapolis and the suite style room was perfect. The room was super clean and the bed is pretty comfy. Love the feather pillows. And Dwayne at the front desk is awesome. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay here.

I was happy to stay here after a long flight and need for a relaxing clean quiet and spacious place to rest for a short trip to attend my friend’s wedding. It is well located close to downtown, and other convenience shopping places. I did not give it a 5 star rating because there was minor glitch in getting in to our room at first because of technical key lock difficulties, but the staff was excellent and very nice, and professional in handling the situation. The beds were comfy, and the accomodations well equipped and nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Our family stayed in a few Residence Inns in other locations, and we keep going back.

My family all decided to stay here this past weekend while we were vising Annapolis for the USNA graduation/commissioning ceremony, to honor my cousin. I know the rates are always jacked up for such events so I’m not even going to complain about what we paid because to me, it was worth it. We ended up with a bottom floor studio suite at the event rate. The room in itself was legit. Kitchen with granite counter-tops, a fridge, microwave, stocked cabinets and garbage disposal even! Living room area with a lovely pullout couch, flat screen TV and a friggin’ FIREPLACE! Not to mention the immaculate bathroom — it all seemed brand new. My husband and I were extremely impressed with our room. There is plenty of parking, a pool, racquetball courts and a dog run, by the way, pets ARE allowed here, which is outstanding! Everyday there is a continental breakfast, that didn’t suck. The biscuits and gravy were fabulous and to top it all off, everyone who worked here seemed to love their job. I like people who are enthusiastic and generally enjoying life, so that was awesome. I would totally stay here again if I am ever in the area, especially if there isn’t an event going on because I know it would be half the price tht we paid.

Stayed at the Residence Inn March 15−17th. We were in Annapolis to watch my sons college lacrosse game. The place was extremely clean, the staff very friendly. We got the AAA discount so the cost of the room was extremely cheap for what you get. You get a kitchenette, large bed and bath as well as an area to watch TV. The breakfast that comes with it is one of the best you can get with a room. And relatively close to downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a good place to stay! I like it much, much better than any other Residence Inn I’ve stayed at so far. It’s much more like an apartment complex than a hotel. It’s definitely quieter for that reason … no hallways for people to be loud and running through, and relatively few neighbor units. You can park right outside your own front door! Free breakfast is good, too! The location is pretty decent; right off the freeway, and only a short drive from downtown Annapolis.
