Medical Spa at Sullivan Integrated Aesthetic Center

I made an appointment with the esthetician, I was asked to call back and confirm my appointment (as opposed to calling back to cancel if I was unable to make it). I was put on hold for an extended period of time just to confirm this appointment.
I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time. I was ignored for 20 minutes, no one explained the reason for the delay, no one offered me a drink, etc. When I asked how much longer the wait time would be I was told that the esthetician was with a patient and was not given an approximate wait time. The staff was in tbe back office the entire time, I had to ring a bell to get their attention. I left the office and will not reschedule my appointment since they obviously don’t want my business.
It would behoove, Dr. Sullivan, a plastic surgeon, to review proper office procedures with her staff at the Medi Spa. I have experienced better customer service at a nail salon at a local strip mall. I expect more from a Medi Soa operated by a plastic surgeon.
