The food here is very good. They will customize the dish to your preferences (add this ingredient, take this one out, etc). Most of the time they are prompt with the order but sometimes they do take awhile. For a sit down fast food place this is one of the better ones.

Nice concept with only average results. I suppose this comes from aggressively attempting too many cuisines. You’ve got to give them some points for that and for still coming in under the fast food category. Good spot for healthy food if you choose wisely. Odd use of cinnamon in curries and Thai dishes.
Kinda weird being offered chopsticks for Thai food. Ever been to Bangkok? They make good use of big spoons and forks and knives!
In any event, there’s a niche place for establishments like this: kinda in the Moe’s Southwest and Chipotle grouping.

What can I say about a place that specializes in fast food noodles? The meal was just as any other of their hundreds of stores. the service was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly. I like eating here when I want a quick meal to go, but there are more expert ice options in the Annapolis area that one can visit to experience noodles at their finest.

They have a meal from every country. Today I tried the Japanese pan noodles a low calorie lunch portion with chicken.
This meal had the right amount of seasoning to the chicken and the noodles where thick and soy like. On the menu it says it supposed to be spicy. It wasn’t spicy at all. The lunch portion was enough for the time. The place didn’t look too clean (the floor) that is why I am giving this place a 4 star review. They have a policy that if you don’t like the food you can bring your plate up and they will make you a different meal, specially if it’s your first time there.

Great place. I love the food here. It’s always so fresh and quick. I would eat here all the time. It is also priced very well. You can always get two meals and two drinks for less then $ 20. You just can beat that. They also have new editions to the menu which are always nice.
Plus the service at the one in Annapolis is always amazing.

If I could give less than a star, I would. This was my first time going here and I ordered simple mac and cheese. First, they made the wrong dish. When I did get my order, it was under cooked pasta with less cheese than the Kraft version you would microwave. Very disappointing when paying $ 6 for a single entrée. Never again.

Bottom Line: Quick serve noodle joint that never disappoints.
I know this is just a chain fastish-​food eatery but I still really like Noodles & Company. Recently I visited the Annapolis Mall location and found it to be equally as satisfying as the other five or so locations I’ve visited.
Here’s how it works — You order at the counter and then they bring your fresh cooked pasta/​noodle dish to you. It’s very efficient. if you are vegetarian than you can enjoy your pasta/​noodle dish as is. If you are a meat eater, then you can beat your chest and order it with various meats such as chicken, parmesan crusted chicken, pork, etc. The pesto cavatappi with parmesan crusted chicken is my favorite but I also love the richness of the Wisconsin mac and cheese.
The atmosphere is casual, comfortable and warm making Noodles a great lunch time spot or ideal for a casual dinner. As a Diet Coke addict, I love their Coca-​Cola «Freestyle» soda fountain which allows you to choose up to 100 different sodas.
The restaurant was clean and service was adequate.

I had to write a review because this is my 2^nd visit in two days, yesterday ⁶⁄₂₈ being my first. This time I brought my husband with me. The establishment is neat and clean and everyone is very pleasant and seems like they are happy to be there. Come hungry because the portions are large. The food comes out very quickly and it’s made to order. Perfect for the 30 min lunch break. They also have carry out so you can take it with you.

I eat here a lot and nearly always the meal is tasty and satisfying. A few notes to help out my fellow Unilocalers:
1. At lunch, at the mall, the line at this place is bonkers! Order online for ease in getting past the line and grabbing your food quickly.
2. Looking for a late night nosh? I have no idea why Annapolis has so few places (outside of diners) open after 8 – 9, but I think they serve dinner here til 10. Yeah!
3. One of my not-​so-​fav parts of Noodles is their soups are more or less interchangeable. So the curry broth is the same as the hotpot broth, etc. I don’t remember exactly the names of all of them, but ask the cashier, if, like me, you’re not a fan of their Asian soup because the same soup appears under more than one name.

I almost gave it 3 stars, and I give myself 2 stars for going here (my first visit). I was looking for good Japanese Udon at, you know, a noodle place. This isn’t it, but it’s 4 stars for what it is — a chain with sandwiches and a wide variety of noodle dishes. Think Panera, add noodles. Not bad, but bad for a «Noodle place.»

I would give this place a 4 or even a 5 if they would just get my order correct. My husband and I have gone there since it has open and some how they always forget one part of our meal. I would maybe understand if it was a huge order but we are talking about 2 or 3 items. Tonight I just got the med salad with chicken, med sub, and chicken noodle soup. Even when the guy gave me the bag I said — did you add my soup? He said yep — even silverware. Great — I thought. Maybe tonight will be my lucky day. I just drove home and opened the bag and they forgot my chicken on my salad this time! Kind of frustrating.
The food is really good though. Just inspect your bag before you leave very carefully.

I’ve eaten at many different Noodles & Company stores in many different regions of the US, and this one doesn’t rank well, comparatively speaking. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the tables are dirty, the Thai hot pot, although fairly tasty, was colder than a well digger’s buttock, and the flat bread that was served with the Thai hot pot could have been used as a paint scraper-​it was burned into submission, and the replacement that was provided wasn’t much better. Yes, it was fairly busy, but the poor product delivery points to poor restaurant management.

Not a bad spot to grab something to eat at if you’re down by the mall. I haven’t been to any other location but the staff here is nice. They can get really crowded on weekends and around lunch time so it can take a bit of a wait.
The food is decent and well price for what you get. Most of the menu is vegetarian and a decent amount is vegan which is always a plus.

I want to like this place but it just don’t do it for me. The al dente noodles gives the place a more trendy feeling then the well cooked pasta comfort food I want. I’ve had Tuscan Linguine which I found to be little more then pasta and veggies. The Mac and Cheese is cream, noodles, and cheese in that order. I enjoy it with the chicken but it’s awkward to eat in the bowl without spilling the noodles and getting all the cheese stuck to the chicken. The Pad Thai is okay, but you can find better in town.

I really like it. For a second time visit, I ordered the popular Asian noodle, Pad Thai. Afraid to break a habit, Noodles & Co. did not disappoint in delivering a surprisingly very good Pad Thai. For a regular bowl $ 5.60 + Tofu $ 2.39 (add tax and a welcome and little patience), this is way better than what a Thai restaurant would claim an authentic Pad Thai. This American version is delicious and well proportion that these noodles seemed healthy food that promises a long, more noodles I can eat here.

We enjoy dining in weekly but most phoned in orders are incorrect when picking up requiring us to wait while it’s corrected… 3 times now this has happened and the management does not attempt to fix… by cutting the bill a little, throwing in a treat, nothing. A bit $ but nice on the run.

We love Noodles to grab a quick bite when we’re around the mall area. It has something for everyone — Asian, American, Italian and the prices are great as well. You can add on any protein to any dish. I normally get a salad while my son gets noodles. There are some healthy options here as well. The food comes out very quickly which is a plus for kids. There aren’t too many tables inside and it does tend to get crowded during peak times but people move quickly in and out so it’s not too much of an issue.
Oh and I love the highchairs here! They have high backs and really contain the kiddos. They make eating with children a pleasure!

This place is good in a pinch! Their noodles are served al dente and almost any way you like them. They have a find selection of beverages and seating is seat yourself. It’s fast food without the fries.
They do regular and small bowls and then you can add a meat or tofu to anything. The selection ranges from Asian, Med to American. I enjoyed a Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine. It was delicious but it has some spicy stuff in it, and I don’t don’t like spicy stuff. I hate when there is no warning. I can only imagine it came with someone’s sauce from the previous meal (they stir fry up the meals, probably don’t clean the wok in between plates). So there I had spicy stuff, eh.
I only got three mushrooms too, which was a bummer — I like mushrooms. Hubby got a Indonesian Peanut Sauté which he found average.
So if you are going to go here, this place is fast food, it gets 5 stars for being some of the best fast food you can get, but as far as dinner goes, well, we thought it would have been more, and well it’s just ok.

My family and I love this place! The staff is so great, service is unbeatable to be sure. The assistant manager even remembered my husband’s usual addition of Parmesan chicken when he forgot to order it one day. My daughter and I are vegan, and they are more than willing to make changes for us. They will use different pans for us and anyone with any allergy concerns.
We love the outdoor tables on a nice day, as well as the speed in which the food is delivered hot, fresh and delicious.
Great meal for a good price, clean and very friendly. We are regulars for good reason. :)

I went here today with a LARGE group. It was a small restaurant for 4 strollers 6 kids and 4 adults. But the staff was friendly and helpful. they came to our table many times to help and ask if we needed anything although this is not a full service restaurant. I was impressed! The mac and cheese was REALLY good and my 1 year old loved it.
