Great experience I have never been in here before so glad I gave it a try. I am cosmetologist and makeup and skin care addict. This place has awesome customer service. I didn’t buy anything this trip but will positively b back for some purchases.

I contacted customer service to let them know about my experience and they were absolutely shocked. They assured me that is not how their employees are supposed to behave. They did everything they could to fix the situation and make sure I was satisfied. I was impressed with their follow up via email and phone. I wouldn’t go back to that particular store but I may try their products in the future.
