The Chesapeake Hearing center is in a medical building that hosts many other medical offices. They have a nice waiting room that also has a restroom for clients. The staff was super friendly and flexible. They called me when they thought the doctor was running late but it turned out to be fine.
They explained everything pretty well for us and our son who was getting a hearing assessment. They did find an abnormality and explained it very well in terms we understood.
