Pizza Hut

I’m a klutz some times. I was at work and made an order for pickup close by… or so I thought. I accidentally placed an order by the one near my house. I went to this location and was told they had no order for me. I realized my error. The manager was so great and cancelled the last order and remade my pie. She was amazing and friendly. I believe her name was Lydia.

What happened to good olé’ Pizza Hut? The staff was so rude and the pizzas were made with the wrong toppings and so doughy! It was the worst Pizza Hut experience ever! :(

This place is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The pizza and bread sticks tasted old and nasty! I will never return to this Pizaa Hut again! Do not waist your time or money!

Bad service !!! When I did call back to check my delivery after 50 minutes wait a «lady» start yelled at me on the phone, I am not your boyfriend to talk to me like that, or is the way how they treat your customers??? PEOPLE THERE IS TO MANY OPTIONS AROUND WHERE WE DISERVE A BETTER TREAT! THANKS PIZZA HUT FOR OPEN MY EYES!!!

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza joint! I just love the pizzas there. I’ll have my pizzas any way… pan, thin or hand-​tossed. Just give them to me!!!
However, I wasn’t really impressed with the dining experience here, especially the service. To be far, service started off well. However, my friends and I kept looking around for our waitress as we wanted our drinks refilled. Not once did she come to refill our drinks without ask flagging her down. Not good!
I had pizza while others had salad, buffalo wings, spaghetti and breadsticks. Well, you’ll never hear me complain about the pizzas there. They’re just simply delicious!
So, the waitress wasn’t doing a good job refilling our drinks. She made it worse when we were paying our bills. Some of my friends opted to give her cash tips instead of adding the tips to their credit cards. Well! The waitress was having none of that. She wanted the tips to be added to the credit card charges. That was just simply absurd. My friends were too nice. Initially, they wanted to complain to the manager but decided to let it go.
Well! I’ll definitely be eating at another Pizza Hut location than to come back here. No one is gonna ruin my dining experience there.
