Buffalo Chicken pizza was great! Not greasy or cold. The driver was very polite, and fast even with the condition of the roads. Will order again!

Wow I have never had such bad delivery service in my life! Mazer their delivery driver had not only asked over 3 times to give him more tip, but nearly slammed the door on my fingers while telling me he was never going to coming back to deliver. He was very inappropriate and rude. Even as I complained to call and report him to his boss he encouraged I’d do so. Which I had immediately done, to find out the person who i had told was not suprised and was actually trying to minimize the reason for his drivers actions. Whether its snowing or rain there should NEVER be service given to ANYONE with that kind of behavior.

Food wasn’t as bad as other reviews have been, they just don’t seem to know how to put up the correct status on Eat24’s status page. It was confirmed as delivered over 10 mins earlier than when it actually arrived. And for some reason they put my fries (a hot item) in the same container as the salad (a cold item). Other than that the pizza was alright. Review will be updated from the toilet if necessary.

My daughter made the mistake of ordering from here now! She had ordered ‘chicken strips’ and fries, and they had delivered to her the order. Once she paid for it and the driver left, she saw that it was flat chicken breast that was cut up into little pieces and looked like they were microwaved! We both took a taste, it was hard, chewy, and tasteless!
She now knows not to order from here, and I suggest that you do the same! I had ordered from here years ago, which was a mistake because the pizza was terrible then as others have reviewed on here as well! You’re better off with Papa John’s, Domino’s, even Pizza Hutt which just a bit above NYPF!
For really good pizza, I suggest you to go Kings New York Pizza at the Intersection of Jermantown Road and Lee Highway, or Pomodoro’s at the Fairfax Towne Center around the corner from Safeway! Do not, and I repeat, Do not order food from here if you can avoid it at all costs! Your body and wallet will love you for it if you don’t order from here!

Ordered from here because they deliver to my work and are open late — that’s the only positive. My fries arrived burnt to a crisp and my «boneless wings» we’re actually a piece of grilled chicken cut in pieces and thrown in some sauce. What a waste of money.

I have no idea why this place has bad reviews and such a low rating. When in Annandale, this is always the go-​to pizza place and is really fast and always consistent with food quality.

Besides the delivery time which wasn’t too bad (45mins) everything else about the food was bad.
I had two 16″ pizzas
the quality of ingredients and dough were absolutely terrible. I’ve never had a pizza this bad. The dough was rubbery, ingredients not fresh, and very greasy! I ordered cannoli for desert and they told me they don’t have it after 30 mins and so I got the baklava which was even worse than the pizza. I would not recommend this establishment.

I made the mistake of giving them a try, as they are in my office building’s delivery area. I specifically asked if the jalapeño poppers are stuffed with cream cheese or cheddar cheese and was told cream cheese, which was what I wanted, so I ordered that, a calzone and a slice of «New York Style Cheesecake.» After a reasonable wait the driver called and asked if I could come downstairs because he couldn’t find parking (we have a huge free never full garage). I agreed and expected him to be waiting in the garage. Not seeing him I walked to the other side of the building and saw him pulled over on the curb and had to run out in the rain only to find he didn’t have a pen so I had to run back and get a pen inside. He followed me in and I still tipped him reasonably despite the problems so far.
When I sat down to eat, sure enough found the poppers to be stuffed with a nasty cheddar cheese sauce, not cream cheese as I was specifically promised. Then I pulled the cheesecake out of the bag.
It was about the size of a computer mouse (see pic). I paid $ 3.49 for that? Hell no.
I called and asked to speak to the manager. The guy who answered said he was. I complained about all of the above. I wanted a partial refund for the incorrectly described poppers and the miniscule slice of cheesecake I was given. He tried to offer a discount on my next order and when I refused had the audacity to say in order to consider giving me a refund they would need to send a driver to come pick up my food! When I told him I was not dealing with that ridiculousness he said well you’ll have to call back and speak to the manager.
So you weren’t the manager after all?
This place will never get my business again.

After they delivered my pasta frozen cold I have never gone back. The guy had the nerve to ask me if I was sure, yeah sure I’m never coming back.
Stay away!

This place was straight trash. I ordered and it came an hour later. The QUALITY of the fries and pizza I got was garbage. Fries were burnt and stale, and pizza was cold and no sauce when I asked for extra sauce. Lastly the customer service is sad, as I expressed my frustrations, this man did not apolgize and had the audacity to offer me a discounted price for my next order. As if ima eat here again.

I personally had a good experience as well… I’m a night owl and up late researching… had a craving for some chicken rangs… this place was on time AND the wings were pretty darn tasty. I want business owners to thrive; hopefully the other Unilocalers will give them a chance to redeem themselves. Note: This review is for their chicky wings…

This place is a piece of shit!!! The customer service is a nasty man that doesn’t know how to speak English, I order a lasagna, this lasagna was just a sauce they put no lasagna inside of it, I called them to complain, and the guy picked up the phone he hanged up on me, I don’t recommend this place, they have poor customer service, this place is a piece of shit, and please don’t order from this place

I found this place through my hotel, it was definitely well worth it and it was also open late the service was great the food was as well, it a reasonably priced and the ingredients tasted fresh, the pizza was delicious, and the delivery was quick and easy.

This is now my second time trying New York Pizza Factory and it was very tasty and delicious. The pizza was made fresh both times and the wait wasn’t very long (carry out). I’ve only ordered pizza from them and that was passed midnight but both times their pizza came hot out of the oven and their employees are very nice. I do have the admit that the place is small and run down but the quality of their pizza is great.

I do not recommend this place!!! I ordered, after 1 hour I called them and the manager tells me that the driver was calling me, I did not get any calls and nobody knocked on my door, then the manager said he was going to send the same driver again and tells me to take care of him, tip him good because it’s my fault, I’m so angry and disappointed of choose this restaurant for order a delivery!

I am so hangry as I write this review. If there was an option to give NO stars, I gladly would. I should have read the bad reviews on Unilocal before ordering through seamless. The seamless reviews were decent.
I placed an order through seamless 2 hours ago and the order has still not arrived. I spoke to the driver multiple times. The 1^st time he said he as arrived. The second time he said he put the wrong address in the GPS and will be there shortly. The third time he is still ‘on his way’. After being given the run around by the driver, I was given the run around by the manager. He offered to cancel my order and get a refund meaning «F off and starve» OR 50% off my next order. Buddy, there will not be a next order. He also «couldn’t locate the driver because he’s not picking up his phone.» What in the what!
Save yourself the aggravation and order anywhere else but here.

This place is flat out nasty. After my experience the other day I will never order from here again. The steak n cheese was so dry I nearly choked. Need to add some sauce to able to eat it and also some spices as the meat was very bland. The fries sucked. The kicker was my can of soda that had a dead roach stuck to the side of the can, along with all kinds of dirt and crumbs on the rim. Yuck!

God awful. The food is just terrible. The pizza had NOTHING to do with New York Pizza, it was closer in quality to a Gumby’s pizza (Think drunk college food) or maybe 7 – 11 Pizza. Tasted like crap. Toppings were awful. Wings were horrid. Don’t go near it.

If no stars was an option that’s what they would get. If not for this being the only place open at 1am, they would never have gotten our business. The pizza arrived to our house on time and the driver was friendly and polite. But to our surprise when we opened the box the pizza looked like it was made 6 hours ago. It most definitely sprinkled with new cheese and tossed back into the oven for a few min. When we called the store back it took forever for them to answer the phone and when we explained why we were dissatisfied with the pizza the employee sounded confused. If you work at a place called New York PIZZA factory you should know to never send a pizza like that out your doors. They sent us a new pizza but that does not make up for the extra 45 min we had to wait to eat after ordering our original pizza an hour prior. First and last time ordering from this place of business.

Based on improved reviews, I tried again. I should have re read my own review. The only reason they should get a star is the prompt service…
My wife’s burger sub was basically inedible. We think it may have been made with gyro meat, or horse… hard to tell…
Just dont eat here. We threw it out and picked something else up. I recommend doing the same.
