When we called to set up the appointment we asked if they moved furniture. We were assured that they would. Mind you we were not asking for them to move our piano or entertainment center. When they arrived at our house we were told they did not move furniture. They would not move anything. They did not move the dining room chairs or even the bed side tables. My 68 year old husband moved everything by himself!
They were hired to clean some furniture also but with all the overspray on walls, windows and other pieces of furniture it was hardly worthwhile.
Their contact states that they move light furniture.
Will never use them again.
Would have chosen no stars if I could have.

Joe and his team at Green Mitten ChemDry have been our go-​to company for carpet and rug cleaning for several years. They do a superb job of cleaning tough stains and leave the house with a sweet citrus scent. On many occasions, I have expected one of the guys to point out a stain that can’t be removed, but it has never happened. And the carpet is dry within a few hours! I particularly appreciate the swift, courteous, incredibly professional staff and recommend Green Mitten to everybody.

All I can is W-​O-​W! After many (failed) attempts to clean my berber, I decided it was time to call in the professionals. Before calling Chem-​Dry I was sure we would have to replace our berber, it had lots of stains that our carpet steamer just could not get up. I am thrilled with the results. The carpet looks fantastic and smells so fresh too! The guys who came out to perform the cleaning were very professional and courteous. The service was reasonably priced and worth every penny!
