I have my carpets cleaned regularly by Chem-​dry both at my home and my business and they are always fast, efficient and friendly. The owner answers the phone 7 days a week and if he doesn’t answer, he’s usually prompt with calling back. It’s a locally, family owned franchise that has been around for several years. I like that it’s a name I trust. I especially love that they have a natural cleaning process that really works and gets my carpets so clean! Plus they dry fast, so that’s nice too. Five stars for Chem-​dry from me!!!

I wish I could submit a lower than 1 STAR rating because this company certainly doesn’t deserve 1 STAR.
My husband and I have been professionally cleaning our furniture upholstery for several years now. We were excited when Chem Dry first arrived this morning. However, we soon discovered that the representatives, «Justin» and «Matt“who arrived to conduct our cleaning, were rude and condescending. We quickly dismissed the Chem Dry representatives without even receiving the service! We talked with the owner of Chem Dry about this disturbing situation. While he agreed that further training was needed we found he lacked real concern beyond losing the money. Needless to say they missed making the $ 255 fee they were going to charge us.

Recommended enthusiastically by a coworker. I called on Monday morning; they came Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon, I had fabulously clean carpets (mine are light colored Berber style) and the price was very reasonable, helped by the fact that my two rooms were empty, so they didn’t have to move furniture. Highly recommended. Also, I gave them my room measurements on the phone, and he was able to quickly give me a ballpark estimate.
