The service was pleasant, and they did a good job framing. The item was completed in around two weeks, and the recipient was thrilled.
But I walked away feeling the price of my (fairly simple) order was way more than it should have been, even with an online «coupon». Every little request or tweak was another $ 20, and even the price of the raw materials was pretty inflated relative to most. And there was a fair bit of rattle of the glass in the frame, so I wasn’t paying for master craftsmanship.
I want to support a local business, and understand that there’s skill involved in doing this right, but I came away feeling like I seriously overpaid.
So, although their work is fine, and they keep to their turn-​around times, shop around. I wish I had.

I brought in four diplomas to be framed in matching frames, and they did such a fantastic job with them all. They found the perfect colors for the matting and the finished product looked amazing. The staff was super nice — it was awesome to see how passionate they were about finding the right frame and color combinations. It was a little pricey but definitely affordable compared to other custom framing places of the same caliber. Thanks for doing such a great job!
